I don't know what the deal is with these people but when I paid $49.00 for my logo creation package, it certainly took my money but I did not get re-directed to the page to begin the process, I emailed twice andgot no reply, I called the phone number and IT WAS NOT IN SERVICE! I filed a dispute with PayPal about it and they have yet to get a response from them either. It's still pending.
I should have known, for that price for a custom logo, I would be disappointed.
