Levenger has excellent products and their customer service is the best. I ordered customized notebooks for several employees and the quality is much higher than I expected. Will definitely order again!
Levenger.com has some lovely products, known especially for their Circa[1] disc-binding notebooks. Although some items are expensive, they offer periodic sales which can be quite worthwhile. Products include leather bags and briefcase, folios, tablets and other personal electronics, fine writing instruments, and an extensive line of note-taking products. The products are great. Delivery and Customer Service are not. My gift orders have taken weeks and weeks to get to their recipients. The Levenger representatives have sent my orders to the wrong addresses, and they have no system for rectifying problems that you call to their attention. It is July: I'm still grappling with problems that occurred in May.
