Unbelievably rude! I have sold and bought several things from them before and never had a problem. I put a dress up for sale and miss my contract date because I was taking care of my dying sister out of state and they will not return the dress nor will they even spend the time to talk to me on the phone! I even asked to schedule a time to talk to them and they said no they had waisted enough time on me. Apparently if you are not giving them money they don't have any time for you! I can't believe how rude and disrespectful they are! Never again!

Unfortunately the consignor did not remember her dress until 4 MONTHS AFTER the consignment period and contract ended. The item had been donated to charity. After 3 phone calls from the customer and 30 minutes on the phone, the customer failed to accept that we acted per the contract that she signed. We did send her a charity tax receipt to try to make her happy.
