I put KLM in the Google search field and didn´t pay attention and clicked KIWI. These days, Google doesn´t list the site one wishes to access but to sites that pay them. And it cost me dearly. I booked a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Vienna and soon thereafter discovered that it was 25% more expensive than if booked via KLM. I immediately contacted KIWI but they refused to cancel the reservation and refund me. So, be aware, they will rip you off.

I bought two tickets to Larnaca and the time of the flight changed overnight from 8:30 to 7:00. They didn't notify us so when we arrived to the check-in desk at 6:00 they had already closed. Another couple went through the same problem that day.Then the customer service promised us that they would compensate that horrible experience with a miserable 50€ voucher. I am still waiting to get any compensation or to hear from the customer service again. I have even deleted the data of my credit card, I no longer trust such an unreliable and manipulative company.
One day my flight disappeared from the manage my booking section of the airline, and got an email from Kiwi pretending that the airline had cancelled my flight whilst I could still see it in their own websites a d many other apps.
Following up with them with hundreds and hundreds of messages, and every time some random person offering meaningless apologies but giving me zero action back.
I kept asking them to put me on a different flight, I even searched through their own website and sent them screenshots of the available results but they repeated the same nonsense that the flight that I was asking for "doesn't exist".
Meanwhile, because I had searched through their websites, their marketing team kept sending me emails asking me to proceed with my search and finish the bookings, "shocking"!
This company is the absolute meaning of disgust, fraud, scams and whatever you want to call them. Stay away from it.
For them it's as easy as putting their hand in your pocket and picking up the cash, leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere and walking away from you.

I regret using this website; it's a scam company. I booked a return ticket for my mother, who is over 80 years old. Unfortunately, she fell sick and was unable to travel on the departure date. I asked Kiwi if I could buy a new departure ticket and keep the return ticket, but I spent two days without any result. They said if I don't use the departure ticket, my return ticket will also be canceled. I advise against using this scam Kiwi.com.
Kiwi is the worst I bought a ticket they made a mistake I called 15 minutes after they told me there was nothing they can do about it the problem with this is when you call you do not talk to people in the us it's all in India and all they tell you is that they can't do anything. All reviews about kiwi are bad so I advise people not to use them I hope this review stays sometimes it's better to pay more and not go through the hassle they put you through at the end of the day they made there money.

Horrendous experience: I booked a flight and authorized the charge for 889.94 sar, I immediately received news from my bank of a charge for 923.02 sar. I opened a dispute from their App, but they continue to claim that the extra cost was applied by my bank.

They are my travel agent and didn't tell me that the useless Air India Express and the Indian govt demand a visa for transit So I go to get my boarding pass and I can't board but get told I need to wait 2-3 days at Sharjah airport for a visa! Easy to make mistakes when you these numbers for online check in which kiwi does not provide for all flights booked using kiwi. Intransparency about luggage costs. Everything that does not fit under seat will be charged with penalties at the Airports.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Two days ago I tried to buy tickets and 960 dollars was withdrawn from me, but due to technical problems the tickets were not bought. And they refuse to refund me. There are simply no words
Kiwi.com refused to refund our flights after they were cancelled by the airline. They offered us a 10 Euro "refund" instead of the $2000 they owed us. This is illegal. It took several months but we finally got our full refund after issuing them with an alternative dispute resolution notice through the very helpful people at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. SCAM - Kiwi made us book a flight which doesnt exist. We almost had been stuck in a foreign country. When I called the hotline, they wanted us to pay for new ticket flights. We had to fly to a city 500km from our home and then pay again to commute.
Kiwi replied to our compensation claim more than 2months after. Their response was "your flight wasnt disrupted" and then they close our request. Ofc the flight wasnt disrupted it did not exist!
Don't expect any help from them if you have any trouble with your reservation.
These people are very fraudulent. They will get your money get your information and when you get to the airlines, you will not be able to get on the plane. It's quite remarkable to read genuine reviews here, by contrast with Trustpilot which I believe is itself simply a marketing scam. There one notices 5-star ratings are invariably at the top of the reviews, and many of them sound like ChatGPT fakes.
I booked a flight from Italy to Great Britain through kiwi.com. The flight was cancelled due to technical difficulties so I missed the connecting flight from Paris. I was offered a replacement flight by the airline but this meant no onward travel until the following day. I called Kiwi customer service and they kept me on hold for a total of three hours and eventually told me to take the replacement flight and call them back at 22:30. This wasn't acceptable because I would have ended up in the identical situation 3 hours later with no idea about hotels or time of replacement flight from Paris to Great Britain the following day. In any case Kiwi told me because I hadn't bought a flight with guarantee I'd have to buy another ticket (from them!) for the second part of the journey.
From reading other reviews it's apparent even with a guarantee the same problem arises.
As well as keeping me on hold for a long time the customer service agents were obstructive and argumentative. They simply didn't listen properly and kept repeating the information I'd given in order to find a loophole to refuse to help.
No doubt what this company does is legal but all you get is a very slightly cheaper flight (however this is increased by hidden additional charges) with the probability that if something goes wrong you'll get no help from kiwi.com.
Horrible airlines Horrible travel agent. I couldn't upgrade to business class. Air asia charged me $450 extra for bags. Terrible service. Buy your tickets directly with a good preferred airline. Don't buy from kiwi or air asia. They will rip you off.
The airline canceled the flight due to weather, they even issued a letter stating the flight was canceled BUT kiwi.com would not refund me. They are dishonest and I would advise anyone reading this to book directly with the airline VS going through this company since they have zero ability to resolve any flight issues.

The company over charged me £244.61 for checked baggage and I found out it has been included in the ticket. By the time I booked the ticket, there are only two options 'I don't need checked baggage' or purchase '1x checked bag 23kg'. And there is a notice 'Only available now. You cannot add checked baggage after booking.'. I paid the money and Kiwi cheats on me and do not accept to refund to me for the overcharge amount!
