I was so excited and pre- ordered this hair. However, I am still waiting over one mine for my hair to arrive! Three times, I email KinkyCurlyYaki and the response is always to wait 2 weeks later because of COVID, the location is in Canada, there are strict policies, yada, yada,... I am requesting a Full refund! A representative tells me it's arriving late ONLY when I email them first! No good!
Vendor never sent the hair. She charged me for insurance. She stole the money i paid for the hair. Then she filed an insurance claim and stole that money.
I wish I would have known about a stop payment at the time. I filed a police report aganist this site.
They do not upload your review if you rate them as poor. I bought their frontal, and it did not have enough hair on it for the price which was almost 200. Plus, they don't give you a refund if you're not satisfied. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere.
