I highly recommend that you stay away from this company. In 2015, this company installed a new condenser and evaporator coil with a 5 year warranty on the equipment and lifetime warranty on their workmanship. Earlier this year, this company came out due to cold air not being generated by AC. They mentioned that the evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. I later find out that the evaporator coil that they installed was not the same on the invoice and they never gave me the model number or serial number so it was never registered. They couldn't have been any lazier. In addition to the leaky coil, they mentioned the furnace was dangerously leaking and needed to be turned off. I later found out through a second opinion that this was untrue and the furnace was safe. They were super slow to get me a quote and even when they did they were just trying to sell me a bunch of new equipment (new coil, new furnace, and capacitor). I wonder how their team is incentivized. Is it to best serve their customers or just try to sell you new equipment? I tried to reach the Manager (Mark), but he was either never there and he never made any effort to call me back ever. Margie at the company was always very kind, but unfortunately, Management at the company doesn't take their customers seriously. Please avoid this company. They will not serve you well.
