I, like the rest, ordered merchandise from Jolly Mollys and sent 3 emails and a phone call - no response from them. No merchandise received after they got their money on June 2. I notified PayPal and they are going to flag this company as a Scam. They are going to do some checking as there are so many of us that have been taken in by this company.
I wish there were more ways to get these negative experiences out there to other potential buyers from Jolly Molly's. My experience was no different. Placed an order in June, money was taken out of my account immediately thru paypal, never received my product. Called and emailed like everyone else with no response. I've been buying online since internet commerce was invented, and don't recollect such an experience.

I ordered the paper for my wedding invitations through this site on June 28,2015. They removed the money from my account June 29,2015. I've never received the paper. No response to multiple emails and phone messages. Now my wedding invitations are unfinished, and late, and I need to come up with a plan B. So furious. So frustrated. Do NOT purchase any items through this website. Total scam.
My order was placed on May 12th, a month later they sent me 1 of 23 items I bought (total of $400.00), but after that, they never sent the rest and no response to any of my many communications (by e-mail, on their site and by answering machine).
I am currently trying to get my money back through paypal.
Terrible customer experience. My best ADVICE: Don't buy anything from this website.
Ordered on June 23,2015... Now it is Aug 24,2015. They have an automated email, answering machine on their phone. Can only leave a message. No human contact... no order being completed. Now dealing with Paypal trying to get my money back and it keeps coming back transfer not completed. Total ripoff... run away... run away real fast. Don't waste you time or money on this websire!
Luckily I never ordered from them even though their prices were the lowest online. Joann accepted price-matches from them, so I wish I'd matched everything they had in common before JM "went down for maintenance."
In a month's time I have yet to receive my order, see a refund or even get a personalized email response (as opposed to the auto reply that tells me how busy they are with orders) from JollyMolly's. $80+ down the drain? Wish I'd thought to look them up here before I ordered. Still can't tell if they're a scam or just really slow. Suppose we'll never know.
No merchandise after a month of writing emails and calling. Filed claim with PayPal. I don't understand why PayPal continues to let payments go through to this company with as many people that have complained about them. Still trying to get refund! Ugh!
Ordered two things that were listed in-stock. After two weeks tried calling them and got an answering machine and they never responded. Sent three emails and got no reply. Had to file a complaint with VISA and finally got my money back. Don't believe anything their site says. You will be sorry if you order from them.

I normally check reviews before I order online and can kick myself for not doing so this time. I placed an order on 6/16 and have not received any communication from them so checked the reviews and now I am sick. These companies who do this need to be caught and prosecuted. They take people's hard earned money and have no intentions of sending anything. I can't believe I was so stupid in not checking. Is there any recourse at all in getting the money back? I used my debit card which now I'm afraid that they have my info they can zap other funds from my account. What a mess.

Cyber security should take notice of this website and shut it down and bring the culprits to justice. Please do NOT use this site for any products. This is a fraud company/website.
Placed order on May 23rd and haven't received product yet. I've left 3 voicemail messages on their BS answering machine and have sent 3 or 4 emails as directed with absolutely no response. I didn't go through paypal so I have no recourse. This is RIDICULOUS!
Similar story: ordered June 15, haven't received anything other than an auto reply to my complaint in July... now it's Aug. 14: NOTHING. Will complain to Paypal for refund.

I placed an order through Jollymollys.com over a month ago and still have not recieved my items. The website says that my items would ship in 6-12 days from the order date and i recieved nothing. My order status actually still says " awaiting fulfillment". This website is a total scam. I tried contacting by email and telelphone. There is no customer service to talk to. I have written 3 emails and still no response.
I ordered about $40.00 worth of craft supplies. Thankfully I used PayPal. After 6 weeks of no response to my emails and voicemails I submitted a complaint to Paypal. They too never heard back from Jolly Molly so PayPAl issued a refund to me. Never order from this company!
I've never written a review like this for any other seller I've dealt with... ever. Oh, if I had only read these reviews before ordering/paying for $65 of merchandise. Like so many others... only an auto-email within days of ordering stating that the order will ship soon. No merchandise, no response to several emails, even through PayPal.
Submitted a claim through PayPal after no response from seller. PayPal settled the claim in my favor and refunded my payment. JollyMolly's sent me no email and entered some lame comment about trying to hire more staff... and hope I'll give them a chance again. NO STINKIN' WAY!
Not even worth 1 star - how does this site stay online and how can we get it off so others don't get scammed? I too am "still waiting" on an order placed in June. I am trying to get a refund (luckily only $15) now but this site should be taken off-line by the FBI or someone!

Placed an order with them in June 2015 for $50.00 and paid through PayPal. I never received my items and I have contacted PayPal numerous times. I have called and emailed Jolly Molly's as well. I have not received my items or a refund to date.
If you want to risk making a purchase, make the payment through PayPal. That way, you'll have a chance of recouping your money when the order doesn't arrive and they drop out of contact with you.
In order to get a response from this company, I had to send three emails, a voice mail (they don't have a customer service line) and finally registered a formal complaint through PayPal. Even then it took them two days to contact me. Over three weeks had passed and I had not received my item or a shipping notice or even an email explaining the problem (whatever it was). By the time it got to PayPal, I just requested a refund. I truly believe, however, that they would not have contacted me at all, let alone issue a refund, without getting PayPal involved. This was the most negative online transaction I've ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM JOLLY MOLLY'S.
