An absolutely awesome bunch of people. I have a number of websites that I host, so had a long list of questions about the technical differences between the various plans. All my questions were answered within half an hour! That's right, half an hour. They even reassured me with a money-back guarantee if I wasn't happy. I was so happy that I now do ALL my web hosting (WordPress and Linux) and domain name registration through them. Thanks folks - I wish everyone could take a leaf out of your book.
Tip for consumers:
I only paid $1.99 for my .COM because I purchased it with a hosting plan. Privacy only cost me $1.95 too. I didn't use a coupon code either. They have specials all the time, so it's just a matter of being at the right place at the right time.
