I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife for Christmas. They were not what I expected and attempted to return them for an exchange. When I did I was told that they had decided to implement a no return policy for the earrings. This was not on their website at all. It is now. They offered to allow me to but another pair for 50% off. Now why would I want to spend more money with a business that makes up the rules as they go along. This was very poor customer service.
