Matt Henry Firm in Arkansas, probate attorney is awful. They do not return phone calls, you pay them to call you. I have a hearing with a judge for PROBATE with no merit from this attorney with unprofessional intent on the borderline of vindictive. It is removal of executorship as provided in the WILL and no heirs are forthcoming due to wanting this to "go away." A death caused due to undue stress was the reason of the heirs and it was my brother. Please do not use this attorney for anything in regards to your family.
