Do not buy these hearing aids. The Bluetooth never works. It alternates from ear to ear cutting out and now the left ear doesn't work at all. That's my better ear and I've had to put the right one in the left ear just so I can hear people. I've wasted thousands of dollars on these and I spent dozens of days in the office trying to get it fixed until I was told I had to contact Hear USA to get it resolved and they only answered one of my emails then stopped all together because I wanted something different or my money back! Don't waste your money or your time just buy a different brand.
Tip for consumers:
I spent a year and a half trying to resolve this and even the tech who was helping me said there was something wrong but the company ignored all my efforts to contact them because I was fed up and wanted my money back, which was thousands.

Horizon from Hear USA. I had a picture as proof of purchase but even though I made it 300 x 300 pixels it wouldn't upload.
