Just Few minutes ago, i discovered this company that protects little entrepreneurs like me against all the corporate America sharks... I was on the phone for an hour and a half and i received GREAT information that helps my everyday business. I am always on a weekly budget and they were able to set a weekly price BUT FIRST giving me a FREE trial to see if they can back up what they were saying. Anyways, the guy on the phone Mark was professional, courteous, attentive and listen to my needs instead of rEADING A flyer with not knowledge. After you agreed upon a plan a guy name Teddy his manager came on the phone and ICING to the cake GAVE ME A PROTECTION PLAN that monitors my reviews and another guy came on the phone and provided me with more info about that... Anyways, I DONT DO REVIEWS BUT THIS IS WORTH for someone LIKE ME SO IT MAY HELP OTHERS. Overall, they have a great team to support us.

I just started with this company and everything is going well. My business started to see the result (still not enough but I just have like 3 weeks).
Some issues with my payments but they fix it and I got a refund. I wish they had a better customer service but meet the desired.

This review is really just a rant. Because they really dont care. They know my name and ask for me every now and then. Every time I ask to get taken off they don't, seeing as they've called 10+ times that I know of. They are a bunch of lucky dogs that I can't block any numbers on the work phone. Sometimes I try to talk to them to get a kick out of it when I'm bored, but they are such terrible people it's really not worth it. Screaming into their mic, slander, the whole thing. Wow.
They are a fraud. They continue take money of my bank account. They stole me about 5000. 00 and I dont know how to stop them. They block my phone num. For no answer my phone calls. If some one can help me I apreciate it.
Why isn't their class action lawsuit?

Today, I was almost screaming at them (development manager, Lucas Grace)
After months, we didn't get a proper working website and no SEO (search engine optimizer), and they were charging us $99 a week (I didn't know it till recently I noticed the charge and immediately took action and asked them to stop the service but he said we have 12 months contract which I didn't see it on the contract.
Few times, I called, emailed, texted them to put a sales in touch with me and they never did.
Their policy is just to kill time and let the days pass and they make money.
All of them tony, Jonathan, Mario, Astrik, Lucas are shameless, irresponsible and rootless people.

These Grub people call my personal private residential number every day, sometimes twice a day asking for the "owner." I told several of these callers that I was not a restaurant, but they didn't take my number off the list. Today I called and the man who answered wouldn't immediately comply so I started yelling and the tried to control me saying "calm down, ma'm" if you want me to help you. All he had to do was take my number down and comply with my request. I can tell this is a bad business just by their disorganization, poor customer service, and arrogant attitude.
I signed up with them for all the same reasons I signed up with every other online ordering company. I didnt realize 99 dollar a week until I noticed two charges after the first month. They take over and control your business. There is no customer service at all. They are a scam. Call you banks and stop payments on them or change your bank account. Trust me its the only way so they dont get paid. They are torchering businessess and blocking people from calling your place of business as well. Please someone post info where to file a class action law suit. They need to all go to jail!

Our phone number is on the DNC (Do Not Call list) and they still keep calling us. Over a month straight and these guys still won't stop calling. They said they would put us on their DNC then they said that they don't have a list then they said that they won't be able to stop calling unless our owner calls in. I wouldn't recommend them based off the fact that their employees can't get their stories straight.
Worst company ever... Omg they are a mess. They told me 99 a month and they keep taking out 99 a week! Do not do business with these people. I wish I saw this site before I signed a contract. They do not deliver at all

I also worked there and to tell you the truth that's not a call center, that's a f****n warehouse with chairs! Their equipment sucks, It's ducked taped together! And the bathroom are so disgusting, pee all over the floor & buggers in the walls too! This company promised you things and do nothing for us. We would work from
7:30-5:30 m-f and got paid $1,300 pesos"with perfect attendance"($50USD) Then you got some guy walking around showing pictures of his private! It was so uncomfortable working there

I own an small restaurant, but for the past 2+ years have used Grublab as a platform for my business. After taking them over 11 months to launch my mobile apps, I was offered 6-months free service for my inconvenience. Unfortunately, that offer was never granted to me even though it was repetitively offered by multiple representatives. Finally, this past July I called to cancel my services due to lack of professionalism, integrity and proper business ethics. I was offered 2 -months free service, and was promised that all issues with my account will be resolved. Unfortunately, that never happened. For the past couples weeks I have been trying to cancel but to no avail. Finally last week, I explicitly told one of their representative that I am cancelling my account. He informed me that he will stop any future charges to my account and that quality control will be calling to finalize the termination of my account. Two days ago, I was accrued a double charge for October. Upon calling again customer service, the same representative whom I informed last week that I would like to close my account, he informed me that my account is not closed because "I am still making money". What an unprofessional and unethical response! After being on the phone over 1-hr with him and repetitively asking to speak to a supervisor to resolve my case, the representative not only refused to grant me my request for a supervisor but also terminated our conversation. Needless to say I am proceeding legally against them. Do not use Grablabs/Tap to Eat for your business. The level of professionalism and customer service is non-existence!

I worked for this company for 1.5 weeks, that is how long I was able to take how bad they are ripping off their customers, but not just that, they are ripping off their own employees as well. They sell this so called "Platform" for restaurant owners which is nothing but a Go Daddy or Weebly type of deal, except they up-charge customers. But the worst part is that management sucks big time and the HR dude, Luis, wow he is something special, he is so fake and does absolutely nothing about HR in that company except hire people.
After they are hired, he acts all nice, but once you find out the truth about the company and quit, to go someplace better, the real him comes out and then he doesn't treat you like a human being, he is a miserable person, beware. I have been out of that company for over a month now, and I have yet to get paid the 8 days that I worked there.
And to top it off, they are located in one of the worst parts of Tijuana and not in CA like they claim they are, beware and do not be fooled by this company and their scams!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS GUYS! also beware of www.Leads123.com, they are the hiring personnel (Luis Espareza) they will lure you in and then not pay.
The promise of big game but when it comes to delivering it will be 0 and that's exactly how you want to leave your account 0 all they do is take the money out and never finalized anything never put more than anything the most you going to pay for nothing. Everybody I spoke to the following day or the following week they no longer work there spoke to at least 10 different people and none of them work anymore over the course of three months. Do not do business with them strongly advised to not do business with them save you money find different alternative.
