I placed a small order on August 21 for a popular kitchen item that I was having trouble finding in other outlets. I was charged but received No confirmation email. I've sent multiple emails requesting shipping status, with no response.

I purchased a bot coding robot from site. No confirmation email. I sent email to customer service asking for update. Received one response stating my request was being submitted to another department and I have heard nothing else. Money has been drafted from banking account but have not received product.
