Placed an order 12/30, they can't tell me when it will actually be processed. They charge 3 times the price you can find the same items on other websites, including manufacturer direct. This site preys on people looking to not lose money they put into their FSA accounts.
I requested an item I bought be cancelled the next morning. Instead, they shipped it. I had to make multiple calls/chats to get a return label. Showed zero concern for refunding my FSA money before the deadline of the end of the year. Customer service rep wouldn't put a manager on the phone. She said someone would call me back but she said she didn't know what day that would be! Lol.From now on, I will be sure to only order from reputable companies.
They cheat people by selling over priced items...stay away... the exact item sells for $14 at target and they charge $21..
Worst customer service experience of any store I have ever purchased from online. Still have not been able to return 2 items out of the 2 purchases over $150 that I spent. They give you the runaround, the call-center is all foreign and are very unhelpful, and they lie to you. For over one week now and after three phone calls, they have kept telling me they will send me a return label. It has never happened. Yesterday they told me a supervisor would call me after I had requested one. She never did. Do not buy from these people! The prices are higher than a regular store, not worth the hassle!
