I genuinely believe this amazing company deserves more than 5 stars. Their experts are like seasoned detectives. More than 80% of my funds have been recovered. Really appreciate how they tell you openly it's impossible to get back all.
FRS has been misleading as far as retrieving my monies. At the outset I informed them that I could not use any monies until the transaction was completed, I.e. The gbp retrieved is in my bank account. This did not happen, although they informed me initially I needed to create a history of transactions, they did not mention that I needed to use 10% of my own monies to achieve the result, at the time would have been £60,000. Also it puzzled me throughout my contact with them that they never once asked for any ID in fact they sent a contract and asked for my passport number plus signature on the contract. I never did this and they did not pursue! I can only assume they Received my ID info from another source, i.e. Scammers! Have no idea why they continued with me knowing there was no money to hand. All that was achieved was wretchedness on my part as thinking I was finally going to obtain positive results but sadly to no avail. In my opinion this company should be approached with trepidation when cryptocurrency is involved. I will however, add that with all my concerns a mere company rep ( have always respected all titles of jobs until now)! Sent a private message to me, saying that this company will not lower itself to reassure me of any trust. An extreme amount of arrogance, very very sad.

It would be helpful to have more active engagement and informative content on platforms like Facebook or Twitter. Apart from that, their team was responsive, professional, and showed great expertise in fund recovery.
