I have been waiting 3 days to put someone to come out and service my dishwasher the company that first premiere supposed to have had to come out has been lying ever since Monday. 01-29-2024. They need to listen in on Customer service calls. They would not let speak to a manager or Supervisor. But first Premier Home Warranty doesn't have a Problem with getting my monthly payment.

Beware before you spend any time and money with this company. They were not able to send a simple diagnosis report to me for over a week and still pending. I have been calling their customer care everyday and just receive the same answer ("we will send it by tomorrow"). I wonder if they cannot be emaling a report which is probably the simplest of the things, how can they be trusted to do anything else. This company is junk and sucks big time. PLEASE DONT USE ANY SERVICES from this company

Warranty complaint with first premier home warranty
I paid for two home warranty annual premiums in full on March 20,2024 and I was told at that time by the dale's representative that if I chose to cancel the policies within 30 days that I would receive a 100% refund. On April 8 I requested a service repair on my personal residence, and even though the service provider and I communicated with each other via texting, email and telephone, they never came to my home to make the repair. So on April 15, I decided to call the First Premier to cancel my two warranty policies since they would not respond to 6 emails that I had sent them. The person I spoke with would not cancel my policies and said that I'd never get a refund. He was very rude with me and I responded in kind and I told him that I'd let American Express handle the refund through the dispute process and hung up the phone. On April 16 the company eventually responded to my emails and said I'd need to fill out a cancellation form, which my original sale's representative never mentioned to me as being necessary. The email said they'd send in 48 hours, which made no sense, but it did make sense from a nefarious perspective. There wanting to try and run out the 30 day clock. On the 17th I sent the company 8 emails, one each hour, asking for the form. At the end of the day they finally sent the form but the form was prefilled with penalty fees for canceling the warranties, which was never disclosed with my sale's representative, as he said there were no cancellation fees if done within 30 days of taking out my policies. I edited the forms to remove the fees, signed dated and returned the forms on the 17th and told them that if they didn't refund my Amex account the full amount that Amex would recover my funds on my behalf. It's the 18th and I've not heard from First premier. It's obvious that the company acts in bad faith and should not be used. Not only did they breach their service contract terms with me also they are changing cancellation terms.

So at first i had so much questions weather i should or shouldn't and finally I took my policy out Best decision I'd ever made, I love the way they handled my claim within 2 days my washing machine my back up and running.
The service gives me peace of mind when I need repairs, the customer service is exceptional, very professional and prompt.
I had a oven claim,I spoke with Brenda she took in the claim and scheduled my technician all this was done with 24hrs the problem was fixed the day after everything was so smooth my oven was back up and in no time thank you first premier.
Bought 5 home warranties from First Premier HW - one a 3 yr contract. After 2 excruciating episodes of attempting to make a legitimate claims on suddenly broken items (after the 30 day wait period) which items were clearly covered per the policy we were provided by FPHW before we paid for the policy, we decided to CANCEL all our policies. The cheating continued, with FPHW interpreting their cancellation policy to their advantage, and not explaining why they were keeping so much of our money, which should have been pro rata refunded to us upon cancellation. FPHW stated they paid a $60 service fee to a contractor they sent out on one of our claims. This was a BLATANT LIE. We paid the $60 to the contractor and even obtained an email from the contractor stating FPHW never even contacted the contractor or paid the fee! The cancellation form they sent me, which FPHW demands I sign before they will cancel my policy and refund my money says, "by signing this form, I release FPHW for any and all liability in connection with this policy and agree to have any current or pending complaints or actions withdrawn and/or considered resolved. I also agree that this amount is final, and that if the full or any portion of the por-rated amount/administrative/service cost fee be contested, the entire said account will go to Collections and may significantly impact the credit score." WHAT? IS FPHW THREATENING TO RUIN MY CREDIT SCORE -? WHEN THEY ARE THE THEIVES, THUGS, LIARS AND CHEATS? DESPICABLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
