We've ordered from Express Medals for our bike show for several years. Very happy with the speed and quality.

The order process was quick and their customer service is great. I was not very impressed with the engraving.

Checkout was pretty janky. There was an error when I submitted the form. Made me uncomfortable about the process and worried that I may have been double charged.

(1) Easy, but took over an hour on my cell phone
(2) App or mobile features would help if it's affordable (ie doesn't drive prices too high)
(3) Also, would help if you provided an option to select prior order (maybe only requiring me to renter engraving details). This would be of great value for mobile repeat customers

(4) Express shipping options did not appear. Ok to ship 2 day (or 1 day if absolutely necessary for 10/2 arrival). the prices are going up a lot... wish there was a lower cost product for engraved medals, and shocked that the engraving is no longer included in the price

The delivery was great. I used this company in the past, and I appreciated the hand-holding and advice I received with my previous orders. This time around, I was not getting the same customer service. It didn't feel right. I called and they asked me to use the website for the order. This year's order had an issue. I ordered medals that were not available in my time-frame. I asked for something similar and the response was, "We have so many different kinds !" "Here is a link to our football medals !" I felt like I was a burden to them, and the use of the explanation points was like yelling back at me. I went ahead and chose something, but I'm not sure if I am coming back. I miss the personal interaction these days. A.I. is taking over and I am not a fan.

I tried 4 times to order this trophy, it told me my credit card#was input wrong, it told me to wait 2 seconds to resubmit, it asked for my shipping option and after I selected it, it didn't submit my order bc I had to select it again later on. I tried to call customer service, but theres no phone # so I emailed them and still haven't heard from them. So I tried 1 more time and it seemed to work. Not the experience I was looking for. I would have ordered it somewhere else but no one had it.

The staff were extremely helpful in making sure my order arrived on time! Everything worked great and I received the medals in time for the awards ceremony. Thanks!

Your service is great but selection for shooting sports / generic awards is limited. Some choices not available for three places.

I ordered 20 Burst Music Trophies for the Christmas recital. They arrived on time. They looked very nice as I expected. However; when I started to repack all of them, at least three had very visible scratches on the marble base. One had a damaged base and another had a broken statue. Because all of them had an engraving text, I could not return them. The recital will be in one week. So, I have to order again at least four of them and pay extra money for the faster shipment.

I have been ordering for years and I am very satisfied with the quality products, very reasonable pricing, quick delivery and sending exactly what I ordered.

It was very difficult to place order. I kept getting messages that something else was needed and had to enter lots of information over again. I see others have had problems with ordering also.

I am very pleased with the medals that I ordered and the service I received. I highly recommend Express Medals!
