If you have a part to return from this parts site and it is more than say 5 mos. They are going to give you the runaround and then tell you they need a P PP payment request. Hmmm. The fraud dept of my CC company heard of no such process. This company will tell you they have technical issues is why they need this. What Discovered was this. No payment in 10 of recpt of my returned item,. I had to call several time, to get excuse after excuse. Then I get an email requesting that I submit PP request otherwise they can not return my finds. Geeze mind you this they got my item 1-31-24. I finally got my refund 2-22 Minus ship fees to and from. Plus i was charged from PP a fee. S beware of this company and any other for that matter when you are dealing with a part under warranty. This is my first iincounter. It is sad that business has to stoop to this level. Why, was it to avoid fees on their end to refund a customer? Or something else that is damaging to their company.
Tip for consumers:
Find out from a online parts store, what is the return process for a warranted part of say 1 yr or 2 yr and it has to be returned for a refund. Find out what their process is. How will they refund your money and in what time frame.
