“Nightmarishly useless. Do not use.”

Nightmarishly useless. Claim to be technically astute but turned out the absolutely opposite so complete liars with no common sense. Total, total waste.

Tip for consumers:
Cycle or bike insurance.

Eta insurance are $#*!ing cowboys... this statement from their policy doc. Apparently means they do not insure ANY cycles that have quick release components '5. Loss or damage to tyres or
Accessories unless the accessories
Are permanently fixed to the pedal
Cycle and the pedal cycle(s) are lost
Or damaged at the same time.' they fail to mention clearly on their website that they don't insure 90% of bikes... i wonder how many people with a quick release wheel or saddle are paying insurance that is totally null and void...: S
