I was very pleased with this company. They quoted a price on a book, paid for the shipping, and sent me the money by paypal. No misrepresentations, no drama. I recently sold books to booksrun, who quoted a price and then cut it by 75%, and if you want out of the deal, they want 8 or 9 bucks to ship each book back to you. Instead of taking the higher quote at booksrun, just use ecampus, because you will get more money and less frustration in the long run.
This was such an easy and fast way to get a textbook I needed for my doctoral program. Book was delivery quickly and checkout was seamless. My only complaint is that the book had a strong cigarette smoke smell - previous owner or borrower must have smoked while studying. Customers should probably be notified or be able to select "non-smoking household" because some people are even allergic to the odor. Hope you can add to customer service.

I used to order from ecampus for years but this past year I ordered a book for law school (upwards of $200 to RENT). I never received the book. I emailed them and asked them to send me another or issue me a refund. They refused to so and then made me pay another $200+ to buy the book since I was unable to return it (as I literally did not have the book in the first place). Will never trust them again.

I ordered two text books. Never received the books and instead got a box full of random pamphlets. Obviously a scam. Customer service said they stand by the carrier so no refund I guess. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

Customer support cancelled my first order as they thought it was suspicious activity. I had to place a second order for the ae book.
There was no good explanation for canceling my order except for suspicious activity. I wished customer support had contacted me prior to canceling my order to verify if the order was valid.
An other vendor was extremely slow with processing our order from March 12 and has yet to ship the book even though we paid for expedited shipping.

So I ordered 2 text books with expedited shipping. First off, don't waste your money on expedited shipping. They are in no hurry to ship anything. Do not believe the hype. Their customer service is non existent. Mostly BOTs and a very long wait time to chart with a human.

they suck. They are difficult to communicate with and are very dodgy on when a book will be shipped

The book was brand new, and it came on time. There was no damage. There was nothing wrong with the product. My only complaint is I couldn't find a physical copy of my own anywhere on the internet. It was impossible to find one anywhere else in the United States, which means McGraw Hill is constricting the supply of hardcover textbooks to one supplier on the internet who only rents their hardcover copies at the moment.
It was the only way to get a physical copy of the textbook.

This textbook was well known in the industry. I have wanted it for a while but the previous editions were outdated based on building code years and expensive.
I ordered a textbook that I need for this semester on Dec 29 and on Jan 8 they sent an email wanting to know if it was delivered, which it was not. At some point they canceled the order and refunded my money and never sent an email to let me know. So now I will have to pay the highest price possible and for faster shipping. I will not ever order another book from them. eCampus.com is TERRIBLE!

Everything was made fairly easy to rent the textbook. The book arrived at my house in perfect condition. There is no highlighting, no pages missing, and overall just like new. While renting textbooks, normally they arrive in any shape or condition. That was not the case in this scenario. Everything was perfect and very reasonably priced.
I chose eCampus.com because of the reasonable pricing for their perfect condition rental in comparison to purchasing the title used from another site.
I chose the product because the textbook was required for a college course I am taking. I chose to rent because I will only need it for the length of my course.
I purchased a textbook on 1/16 and it arrived on Feb.12. This is unacceptable for a site with thousands of daily transactions. Moreover, they do not allow a full refund and charge a shipping fee back for 25% of my price. I can just straight-up ship it back myself and costs less. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a book with the expectation that I would receive it in a reasonable amount of time. I am a full-time student. I even went so for as to pay for the book to be expedited in the shipping process. Only after I pay for the book and wait a week am I told it could be up to 4 weeks before I receive to text book. I feel as though this is the "ole bait and switch". You got my money and there is no concern for my need of the item ASAP. My class will end before I receive the book. I requested a refund and your comers service agent denied my request. The reason I was given was not explained or disclosed to me before I rendered my hard earned money to your company. This is an unelectable business practice and I have opened a case for refund with PAYPAL. I feel as if I have been taken by a used car salesman!

I paid extra for 1-5 day shipping. I placed my order on January 31st, and as of February 12th, my book wasn't even shipped! I had to cancel, and now I'm still waiting for my refund. If it weren't for someone in my study group sharing pictures of the lab book assignments I've needed, my grades would be suffering. This site is pathetic.

I ordered and paid for a book. The order was charged to my account then refunded then charged again. I message to seller asked what was going on no response. Then it is refunded again, I message to seller again to ask what was going on no response. Apparently I am not getting my book, I assume that they sold the book to someone else and never bother to take it down. I assume that since no one bothered to respond to any of my questions regarding the purchase. If you want a book and want to be sure that you can actually get what you order don't purchase from here.
