Everything was according to the plan. Service was great, hotels were very close and comfortable as they promised which is unusual. Group leader helped wheelchair clients out of the way. I definitely recommend dawn travels and tours

I would not recommend this travel agency and their services to my worst enemy. I think this is enough to understand what these people are and how they trap others.
Elderly people are their target and they make a fool out of them very easily.
But sometimes they get people who can confront them and are very much aware of the global travel. Now its a bad scenario that we have taken this in our hands to spread awareness about this agency and they will never forget us.

Do not believe a single 5 start review, they posted it themselves. Now they are calling each on of us who traveled with them to give them some reviews. These people cheated me from start and took my money and didnt provided the services which were promised. Instead I had to go through a harsh suffering journey and it seemed like I was travelling for free for the way they i was treated. If I have a chance I would beat the crap out of Saeed Hassan and Waqar Hassan.

They hide bad reviews with fake reviews and that's what got me to made a huge mistake and selecting them for doing hajj 2019.
Please stay away from them. There might be a lot of similar agencies out there who are doing the same things as them and tricking people with fake reviews. So do a thorough research before selecting any of the travel agencies for Hajj.
You are not going to get what you paid for, whoever says that is a fraudster.

Horrible company. They charged me $250.00 for just visa, I applied from US where as others were charging around $100- $120. Avoid getting stuck. Company's call center operates from Pakistan where folks are not informed regarding the policy and the owners (to be blamed aka FRAUDS) living in USA are not reachable.

I wish I could give it a zero star or a negative star. But they are lucky that I cannot.
Don't go to Hajj with dawn travel, don't do the same mistake I did, you will suffer to the point that you can't worship in peace.
Dawn Travels is not a good agency to go to Hajj with. Doesn't matter what package you choose with them. They will make you suffer that you would wish you never selected them. I do not think anyone who had performed Hajj with them once would even think about them again.
It is my obligation now to spread awareness to my fellow muslim brothers and sisters to stay away from these scammers.
They also run another agency with the same hajj packages, If I can find out one of them. Wonder how many more will be out there hidden.
These brothers running Dawn Travels have been successful in scamming people and ripping them off then making excuses.

This agency should be reported to human rights violation services and that's how bad they will treat you. They should be stripped of their Hajj license and banned.

We have worked with Dawn travels for last many years and they were very professional for our all Umrah trips. They have always the best packages available and make sure that everything goes well from ticket to hotels to transportation. Never had ever any issue, very committed and professional people.

About the dawn travel on of the best travel agency very helpful once again you have exceeded my expectations. Especially I thanks to Mr Karim he always very helpful and very professional agent. He's very friendly and he's service and communication is awesome very intelligent agent. I highly once again recommend to you all please use dawn travel agent. I give 10 out of 10 to Mr Karim and he's travel agency.

This is a very bad travel agency. You should stay away from this agency. Specially for Hajj services. They have all fake reviews and now they also have removed the review section from their facebook page after people started to spit out the truth.
I would suggest you to do thorough research before deciding to travel with them.

I was in the same hajj group Silver Makkah 2019 and had a very bad experience with children, Agreed with previous reviews, won't recommend to anyone.

I always buy tickets from dawn travel with Wajahat bhai very helpful person. Usually I go 3 times a year umrah and pk. Always tickets buy from them. Even my family too. I highly recommend to parchase ticket to them.but I buy tickets a lot with them they should be give me a once free airfare.

We had the opportunity to perform Hajj 2019 with Dawn Travels. We found this trip a very good experience. We had guidance and support always available. There was no issue with logistics, accommodation, and food. I highly recommend to accompany this group as they offer low budget hajj packages and we go there for Ibadah, not for enjoying vacations.

These people can be described as professional liars and sophisticated scammers. From their agents to the CEO, all are the same. They will hide important details and information from you and would only pressure you to deposit the money to they account as soon as possible. This is all they care about. These people are running another agency which I know if providing the same hajj services just with a different name to try out their luck as they have been running out of it lately for their poor service delivery. I have taken this experience as a lesson and its my obligation now to make my fellow muslim brothers and sisters aware of such low class people. Please spread your word and do not believe a single word of goodness for them, It will only be from people who don't know anything about travel or people are just cant have the gut's to speak up. Yes there will be 10 to 15% of people who might be satisfied from what they have received but majority disagrees

Both brothers running this agency are professional Liars and have been successful in scamming people so far. They are a expert talkers and wil talk their way out of any situation by putting the blame on someone else. If they will not find anything they will say be patient as Hajj is a mushaqqat. What a Joke these people are!

Dawn Travels agents know little about travels and care less about you after they get your money. I happened to use their service and suffered a neglect that caused me physical, psychological and financial pain.

I got to Jedda with my family, only to learn that there was no arrangement to pick us up and take us to Mecca. I called the office in New York (long distance) and they never bothered to call me back. When I returned to the US, I called again to report the issue, but got nothing but false promises. Dawn Travels = RUN!

I went to hajj with Dawn travels this year in 2019.
In one of the reviews the person says there were 30 to 35 people in Mina Tent when he was promised 15. Its kind of a lie, they were 60 people in one tent and it caused a lot of suffocation in that tent. It was hard to even breath. The AC's wouldnt even work. I will post the pics soon.

I don't recommend dawn travel, first they applied application on wrong date later they ask for additional fee for correction although they agree its not my(customer) fault.

This agency is based in Pakistan. They have only token presence in USA. All phone calls are received in Pakistan and replied from there. They act as middle man and after booking sell all their travelers to other travel agent such as Adam travel and that's why they don't know what is going on. They lie when they don't know the answers.

Alhamdullilah I went to Hajj last year 2018 and it was simply impressive. Dawn Travels made this amazing trip so very easy to finish. The assistance as well as guidance given were just excellent many thanks to involved in making this trip worth everything the way.

These people are cheater. Do not use them. They will dump you in mecca with no rooms and no service. Very bad people.

My mom was very happy with her Hajj experience. Alhumdallah. Very nice hotel. Good service. Will definitely use Dawn again.

Dawn travels is a poorly run organization. Their staff do not speak the truth and do everything last minute. For example, they kept our passports for 6 weeks and returned it to us 3 days before our flight (other hajj groups with other companies submit their passports for only 2 weeks). We signed up for a package with return date of August 15. Two weeks before departure they inform us they cannot bring us home until August 19 which was incredibly disruptive to working and school going individuals; we had signed up for this package specifically for the dates.

However the worst part was their lies and poorly run hajj during the actual trip. Their tents were dirty, air conditioning barely worked, women's bathrooms never cleaned, and cold water often times had to be obtained from other tents. The buses were government run buses and were always several hours late. We waited at Arafat for 4 hours for our bus; we arrived at Muzdalifah at 1 AM! This is just one example of the many to reflect their mishandling. In the name of hajj, we kept quiet and seethed in filth, with hunger, and in heat. Our departing experience with Dawn Travels was emblematic of their disrespect towards hajjis. We had to spend hours picking up our passport in a remote location in Makkah with individuals who didn't speak English (or cared to find our passports for us) and Dawn refused to pay our taxi fare to Jeddah which was part of the package. Finally dawn relented and paid after the taxi drivers threatened to take us back to the hotel just mere hours before our flight.

Your hajj is a once in a lifetime experience! Regardless it will be challenging, but you don't want it to be challenging because your hajj leaders/management are not to be trusted, are not reliable, and are not organized. STAY AWAY from Dawn travels!
