I was lucky to take advantage of a 65% off sale so my price was $32 + $8 shipping which was very reasonable for 3 24x36 posters. The quality was great and they arrived in about 3 days. Very happy customer. I would have hesitated with the original cost of about $90.00
The wall tiles are awful! I bought the 8x8 glossy wall tiles, and even with 40% off I paid $78 for 6. It was a huge waste of money - I followed all the instructions closely (washing and drying wall, applying adhesives, holding for 30 seconds, etc) and within a week, all of the photos had fallen off the wall. I can't believe I paid such a huge premium for the worst hanging system on earth.

Dropped off 2 rolls of film. They got one back in about a week. The second roll has been missing for over a month. Talked with 4 different contacts. None of them can find it. I was told they reuse the tracking number so they can't locate it. They suggested wait another week and call back. I have spent at least 90 minutes on hold trying to find my photos. Terrible service!
Socks! Ordered Christmas photocards, same day pick up and made the mistake of paying online. The cards were never printed. The store Manager stated they could not refund me (despite my on line confirmation) and that I needed to go through tech support to get a refund. After numerous lengthy phone calls on hold for more than 35 minutes and then re routed to another operator who puts you back into the original phone tree, bottom line is you're not getting a refund from CVS for anything you bought on line. Never walking into this store again. They suck!
The exposure was awful. Amplified imperfections in skin tone. Paper is thin. I honestly feel the photos don't look like the photos on my phone.

Went to get like 50 photos printed and paid without checking them. Looked them over in the parking lot and they were so pixelated. The text on them isn't even visible. I tried to see if I could return them but they looked at them and told me it was because of the camera I used and not bc of them even though I uploaded the images in full size and everything was legible in the preview. Wish I could get my $20 back. :(

I'm done using CVS photo. I've used their service 4 times & all but one have been a big disappointment! The one time they had my photos ready, someone else's photo had been put into my envelope. I absolutely do not recommend them!
CVS has the worst customer service people from overseas. I put a lot of effort into my photo book and submitted my order, waited, and waited, my delivery date came and went. I thought eh maybe they are just a few days behind, waited. Still nothing, emailed them, they said they hadn't even made the book yet and said it would be another 2 weeks. Waited and waited, after the 2 weeks came and went I emailed them again asking where the hell my book was, they said they didn't know, but they could try to resubmit for it to be made. Apparently you cannot contact anyone in the photo department, they not only lie about "receiving your order" but also have zero interest in fixing anything whenever they mess up.
1000% would never recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. Go to Walgreens if you actually want to get a photo book you created and ordered because they flat out just won't make the book and leave you hanging for months.
Tip for consumers:
RUN! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

None because they would not send me what I had paid for
If there was less than one star I would reate it zero.
I gave it a try once, it was Bad. Gave it a second chance because of convenience, and it was terrible! People that work there have no clue what they are doing! You receive notification that order is ready, and have to spend over half an hour with someone trying to find your order. Its really not worth it. And the quality is not good.
The canvas fell off of the backing in less than 24 hours after I picked it up. The color on the bottom of the picture does not match the original picture. It looks as if the color bleed together. I'm really disappointed in the quality and will never order from there again.
The images even with auto correct settings turned off are inconsistent, the colors are blurred and even high quality images come out fuzzy and indistinct, the paper/card stock they use is also flimsy and i regret having bought from them. Definitely avoid

Was using CVS photos on 7 York rd. Until they started to loose my pictures. This happened several Times. I would send 10 to be made get 3 back. Asked " what happened to my other pictures" and I would be told that's all we had. Just my opinion but I think they have the person who waits in people at the counter doing the photos too. Maybe overworked Don't know but my concern is my photos. Using Walgreens across the street. Separate photo department which is Great and the person is very pleasant. Sincerely Anthony Locchetto
The cashier told me to pay $1.10 more than the amount on the receipt.
I had two orders.
One previous one was the one I was notified notified in e-mail about a week ago but when I went to the store the same day, the order wasn't there.
The cashier wanted me to go to another CVS to find out if they have it, I insisted that he call them on the phone to find out(same area code, which means it doesn't cost them a penny).
It was refused.
So I drove to another store, they didn't have it either.
The store manager came out, she didn't help me a bit but tried to talk over me, then wanted me to go to another store(same area code), I didn't go this time.
It didn't make no sense to me to drive around for a few photos for the store.
Then I ordered the same set of photos to see if it works this time, then waited a few days before picking them up.
CVS is the only store in town to print photos in town so, they can play monopoly.
I needed those photos, so I had to do it.
Then the cashier ripped my off by quoting the different price other than the amount on the receipt.
I hope he used that extra $1.10 for good use.
Tip for consumers:
Don't shop at CVS if you have a choice. They are the worst.

I ordered prints for my business customers on 9 11 23. I got a call the next day and the lady said "Our machine is broken it will take weeks to get it fixed" and she said she would refund my money. She said they couldn't transfer it to another store I need to reorder and repay again. 3 days later no money and I got an automated call to go to 5601 Van Nuys BLVd my order was ready. So I went there and after 30 minutes they told me it's not there go to the one on Victory.
I get to Victory and he said he is going to download it and print it and he's unable to download it. He told me to call the 800 number and they said they were closed and it was normal business hours.
It gets worse. When I initially tried to order it online it wouldn't accept 2 of my cards so I called Wells Fargo they said it was on CVS' end not theirs. So I try a 3rd acard and it works.
I had to order the prints elsewhere to keep my client happy and I'm out $100! Thank goddess I didn't give them one of my big $10k orders they would have put me out of business. It's like they are living in 1990 I'll never ever set foot ion a CVS again!
I'm going to takle the CVS advice and go to walgreens I'll never set foot in a CVS again!

What you see on the CVS photo Website isn't what you get. Over the weekend, I spent hours creating a calendar. When I picked it up at the store, it wasn't as pictured on the Website -- the calendar lacked the wire binding that holds the pages together and lets one hang the calendar. The cashier explained that when one chooses the "Same Day Pick Up" option, the calendar isn't bound. It looks like "Same Day Pick Up" products ordered from the Website are made on a kiosk at a local CVS. It seems that products generated by that kiosk might have a different design from what is pictured at the CVS Website. In order to get the same product design that I saw on the Website, I would have to pay overpriced shipping charges to ship it from the manufacturer to my house. I can't do "Same Day Pick Up" to save delivery charges. WHY ISN'T THIS EXPLAINED AT CHECKOUT OR ON THE PRODUCT'S WEBPAGE? IT'S DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND A WASTE OF CUSTOMERS' TIME! I'd add a photo, but I immediately returned the calendar and got my money back.
I ordered photobooks for same day delivery. I received an order saying that the order is delayed. I never received another email telling me the order was ready so I called the store the next day to inquire. They said they don't fulfill online orders. They directed me to call the 888 number. I did. After a 40 minutes, they couldn't find a store that could fulfill the order due to lack of inventory or broken machines. STAY AWAY from CVS photo.
I ordered a photo book for a school project from CVS and, due to it being during the holiday season, they seemed to be backed up and I was told my book would be ready for pick up at the store within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I show up to the store ready to collect my project and they have no records of it. Unbelievable. I check UPS and it shows my book was supposed to have arrived. They apologize and tell me to call customer service, which I did, and they had me reorder the book again and wait another 2 weeks because CVS had no details whatsoever on my purchase. I waited another 2 weeks and AGAIN THEY DID NOT HAVE MY BOOK! It has been over 2 months and my grade suffered and I had to put a lot of extra time and effort into creating a whole new book on a different website; not to mention I have not gotten my money back for either order! IF YOU WANT YOUR PHOTOS IN TIME, DO NOT USE CVS PHOTO!
I just struggled with their web interface to upload about 20 photos for a photo book. They advertise same day service with pick up at any of their stores. I selected a local store. When I went in the next day to pick up the photos, they told me their photo machines weren't working. I called the next day and nothing had changed. So I went back on the web and set it up for another store. When I went to that store, their photo machines weren't working. None of the employees had any clue what was going on.
To make matters worse, the had emailed me a discount code. When I entered the code, it didn't work. CVS needs to go out of business.

The pictures come out great but a little expensive I feel like. Sometimes it is nice for the convenience though!
