What's up with this worthless site that goes round and round and gets you no where at all? No people answer their phones when you call either. Just another information grab to get your info and indentity and sell it to scammers. BEWARE!

my.creditreport.com is a substandard reporting website that takes advantage of the fact that people have a hard time keeping track of "free trials" and expects it to be renewed due to lack of follow up and organization. When we need a quick copy of what we are due free of charge when denied credit or one time annually, they collect thousands of subscription fees for nothing and provide no reminders or easy way of contacting them. This practice is unethical!

This is the worst credit report website out there; do not use it!

I just wanted to easily get my free credit report so i tried it. It charged me $15 and it never said I would be billed; on top of that, it was a recurring bill. They have no way to cancel online. You have to call them, they schedule it, they make you log back in and "Confirm" to cancel it. Plus they don't listen to a word said, and just keep trying to sell stuff.

This company is total deuche.

My wife and I were looking for house rentals on Craig's list, and we ran across an ad that we responded to. We heard back from the ad who asked us to go to this website and get a "free" credit report from 'Creditreport.com' to send back to them. The apartment was attractive enough that we decided to send the credit report, but when we got to the site, there was a $1.00 charge to access the files. Well, we figured it was a buck, no big deal and followed through. We heard back from the person who was offering the rental saying that someone who was previously interested in the place who had priority was going to rent it. We then found out that rather than a one time credit report access charge, what we had purchased was a monthly service costing $29.95! There is no indication that we can see now that this is what we were buying. It also seems obvious that this company is placing these ads on Craig's to sucker people in to buying the service, or at least getting the dollar out of them. We say this because we found another listing with nearly the identical presentation of an apartment for rent which was requesting a credit report from the same company. We wrote to the ad and told them about our experience and reservations, and haven't heard back from them. When I phoned Creditreport.com to cancel the service, they immediately wanted to know if I would keep the service for only $14.95 per month! I told them about the Craig's scam, and asked if they have an affiliate program, suggesting that perhaps their affiliates were trying to get paid by making bogus referrals using the Craig's rouse. I was told by Creditreport.com that they have no affiliate program, so they must be running this scam from within the company, for who else would benefit?

It's a scam. How they get your credit card number and social security number with no input from consumer is scary.
