Mapfre Insurance

Let me say that I do not like this insurance company. At all.

I filled a minor accident through my insurance since the person left the scene, not forgetting to take photos to demonstrate blame. Unfortunately I did not call the police so I did not have a report. Fast forward 3-4 months later, I finally get a letter to get the details filled in. Went for appraisal and on the date I received the report they denied my request. I sent them the photos and still refused. I was contemplating to take them to small claims court but I decided not to pursue this venue.

I would not do business with such company and I hope you do not get into an accident with someone that has it as an insurer.
