That is just a great way to get from point A to point B. I mean, I like the simplicity of the website's interface, there is nothing burdening in terms of UI, it's just a pleasant picture and seamless navigation. I managed to book a flight within a couple of clicks and that was enough for me to shape an impression about this service. Maybe it's not that popular as others, but it doesn't make it worse, lol. I vouch for these guys and sincerely glad them further prosperity and development. Kudos!
Booked a flight on Spirit thru them, flight was cancelled I was never notified by them or Spirit. Found out on my own. Asked for refund. Been waiting over 3 weeks now and ever time I call get the same answer please wait another 7-11 days. Im about to call card company and file fruad charge.

Priceline had a technical problem
When I called the number to get a $20 discount, the person lied and told me the cheaper flight was no longer available, and tried to charge me double!

When I saw the long layovers with the first flight I booked, I called an agent immediately to cancel. The agent, Blake, offered my flight change options and stay on the phone with me making suggestions and asking questions. Blake was great. Very helpful.

We thought we could pick our own seats after paying fee but could not find out how. The cheap flights cheerfully refunded our fee and will try to set us together. Easy booking process overall.
