I have used Calendars.com for ten plus years. This year order site changed. Have always ordered one item shipped directly. This year was not able to do. I used same password as always. This year password rejected. Had to reset each time I went into site. I ordered five calendars shipped directly to me. When I checked status of order I could not find date information of items ordered or when sent. In the necessity of time I processed the order again. Order numbers ******* & *******. I received both orders and returned one by UPS charged $16.17. I will not use Calendars.com again.

Took 14 days to process 2 calendars that were "in stock". 14 days? Then sent notification that items shipped... 4 days later tracking indicates, "have not been picked up"... so, have they actually been shipped? Customer service is useless, but they received payment immediately. Never will order from this company ever again. Lessons Learned.

We used to be able to enlarge the photos of the calendars on the website so we could see each monthly picture clearly to help us decide which one we liked best but sadly that option is no longer available.

Ordered a calendar as a present for the holidays on Nov. 27th, and pretty quickly got the email that the order had shipped. That's where the positives end. Order arrival time became delayed, the package never left Texas, and order never arrived. No updates, no explanation. When I check the website, it says that its "delayed" and still in Texas. No easy way to get a refund, and customer service is not available. Don't bother, go to a local stationary store and buy your goods there, at least you'll actually get them.

Order ID *******. Ordered 6 calendars received 5 even tho invoice indicated all 6 sent. Cannot get company to answer chat or phone. This indicates total incompetence, a lack of adequate staff, indifference to customer service, or just a poorly run organization. At this point just happy I got 5 of the 6 items ordered. Intend to shop anywhere but here in the future and hope to inform anyone that asks to stay away from this company. With the variety of choices would have hoped for a better experience. Very disappointed. I was a quality systems assessor for 14 years and this company's quality system when it comes to customers is definitely broken. Would love to see their Mission Statement. Told all my clients to say what you do and do what you say. This is an update to original review. Jennifer from Calendars.com called me on my home phone about 4 hours after my review posted asking what they could do to remedy the situation. Send missing calendar or refund for cost of it. I took the refund as Christmas was over. Will update my rating to a 2 based on this response. Future star increases will depend on their improvement in customer service to me for any future dealings with them for any problems encountered.

Usually I have no problems with using this site but for some reason this year while checking out, I had 1 problem after another. I would have given Calendars.com a five-star rating, except for the fact I had trouble deleting a calendar I decided I did not want to purchase. By the time I could get it to delete, one of the calendars I wanted was sold out. I have purchased from them before with excellent results. I had to register as a new customer because I changed my email address and the new interface could only send their authorization confirmation email to my old email address.

Calendars.com has new software on its site. You may need to register a new account if your email has changed since registering under the old software. I need to wait until I receive my order before rating the company.
Horrible service. Ordered pocket planner. Shipped from Austin, Texas 23 December. Projected delivery 26 December. Never delivered. Tracking says delivery now 27 December. No delivery 27 December. Tracking now says delivery 28 December. Today is 29 December. Tracking shows package departed UPS facility in Austin,Texas 23 December. That's the only tracking. Package never made it to Colorado. Two emails to customer service. No response. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt of the emails. 25 minutes on hold with customer service. Eventually hung up. They have lost my business.

Ordered 3 calendars and all three were delivered in sturdy packaging in one week with free shipping. Calendars are really beautiful and my wife and niece will be thrilled (I bought them as gifts). Two weeks after ordering, said order completed, but got no product, could not be tracked, and waited on hold for customer service, finally gave up. Since it was a Christmas gift, reordered, put in a discount code i was given which was not accepted. Will not be using this company again.

I have bought monster grids for several years and I am very satisfied. I have always had good results from Calendars.com.
I waited forever to get my order. Then, when it came, part of it was incorrect. The correct calendars were listed on the invoice, but they sent the wrong one. I have been trying now for two days to contact the company either via phone or the online chat. NO RESPONSE. I'm beyond frustrated. I know mistakes can happen but at least have customer service that will help straighten them out. Never again will I buy from here. Look elsewhere.

I ordered 3 calendars and received a notification that they were being shipped on 12/20/21. So far they have not arrived. I've tried to contact customer support unsuccessfully, twice by email and at least 4 times by phone, with no response. I have contacted USPS and UPS. Both say they have not yet received the package from calendars.com. These were gifts for birthdays on January 4th and 6th. Very disappointed.
