I only used my business internet 3 days a week for a total of 8 hours. This cost me $115 per month for the first year. When the 2nd year started the cost went up over 35% to $155per month.
Then to cancel you have to spend an hour on the phone deflecting all the packages they want to offer, none of which were beneficial.
I offered to pay $75 per month but they wouldn't work with me.

The bills jumps around. The service is absolutely horrid. I have NEVER had so much problems with a company in my life! DO NOT SWITCH

I am not even a customer with spectrum but they really need to stop spamming me with constant advertising on my weather app and I'm sick and tired of their BULLCRAP!
And it also seems like their only targeting me when it comes down to showing ads and I've had enough of spectrum!
And spectrum better not show anymore ADVERTISING on any of my browsers!
By the way spectrum if you show anymore ADVERTISING on my browsers I will call the better business Bureau and have them remove your company from my browsers forever!
And trust me I will report your company!

Have suffered for 6 years with Spectrum Business internet. Random and repeated internet drops, outages that aren't announced, already overinflated price goes up but speed is terrible, have consistent service drops every afternoon from 3ish to 5ish but every tech wants to bash the previous one without actually diagnosing the issue. When I called to cut off service 10 days earlier than final bill, they won't adjust the price - 'we don't do that for spectrum business' is what I was told. Well I can go tell a ton of people to NOT use them. In every state I am in. So glad I have multiple other options where I'm going because I don't care to give Spectrum any more of my business.

I HATE having to sign in EVERY time i watch tv, its time consuming and annoying! I called and your tech people couldnt fix it or explain WHY its happening, not even the supervisor had heard of this situation

Spectrum did not send me my monthly bill. So I called them they where gonna charge me for a bill I needed for tax purposes.

BEWARE small business owners. STAY AWAY from Spectrum. They are the absolute worst. Seriously. Bring out the robots, they at least would get it right the first time. I have spent 37 days trying to stop internet service at my old office. That sounds like it would be simple right? Nope. It has taken HOURS and when I asked for a credit for my time, pain and suffering, they said nope. Now, I realize I can't single handly take down Spectrum so I'm posting to once again say PEOPLE! PLEASE VOTE! These mega corporations need to be broken up. It cannot be that they get to: not do what they are supposed to do, keep raising their rates, and in general acting like, well, no one can touch them.

So PLEASE, VOTE in your interests, not in Corporate America's.

For 25 years I would have said Verizon was THE WORST compnay ever, but Spectrum, you take the cake.

I switched from ATT to Spectrum Business. The service was terrible. We were constantly having to reboot the internet. They increased my bill substantially the second year with no warning. I switched back to ATT - with ATT telling me not to call Spectrum because they would immediately shut down my lines and I would lose my telephone numbers. ATT explained when they called Spectrum, Spectrum would automatically close my account. They did not and kept billing me even larger amounts than before. I am refusing to pay because it is wrong. I would not use Spectrum for any reason ever again. We have no issues with ATT. I hope this review saves some other business my grief.
