Kudos to Eric Peterman. He is quick to respond to questions and did his best to help us get our needed products. When there was something he could not get for us, he gave us ideas on where to look for it ourselves. Great service.
Could not log on; "forgot password" feature didn't work; online chat with your associate, said I'd hear back on password reset; never did; created new account; transaction declined first few times; was about to go to other vendor. Process hardly could have been worse.

Fast shipping. Item not packed securely in box. Box slightly damaged upon arrival; installation hardware missing.
Did not get what was ordered and I have to pay restocking fee!! Telling me I didn't order what I thought I ordered. Not right!! Picture and wording tells me different!
Bought an oven that was advertised as single phase, turned out it was 3 phase. They offered a 10% rebate, but never showed up so after 15 days of emailing and calling finally called the accounting department and had it taken care of.
When I asked about the wires the technician put n for testing with a twist tie reading do no use for hooking up and asked if they led to the terminal block, his response was "look it up in the manual" I am thankful I have all of these conversations saved in emails, as one would have a tough time believing them otherwise. Its sad, because I need to outfit a whole kitchen and was looking for a company that seemed more customer service oriented. Back to the google I guess...

I could not pay directly with my father's creditcard, because of avs mismatch. I had to try several times to buy this blender, at the end I paid by paypal.

I forgot my password and there is no where to reset it. Had to get on online chat. They had a hard time too. not very convenient to buy a microwave quick.

Placing an order was easy and straight-forward! My freezer did arrive promptly; however it was dented. I am still waiting for a reply as to what can be done about that.

Happy with the service and delivery of goods was quicker than the email telling me that my product was shipped. Was disappointed about shipping cost, I thought they were too expensive.
Love that I can edit my cart even after logging into PayPal without starting over. I do think I paid a little too much for the used item I bought, but it is in very good condition.

19.95 shipping? And that only after I had paid in PayPal? Talk about gouging. Fedex would never charge 20 bucks to send a small part like this.
Had to change original order because item was delayed too long. Item received in good condition. Received correct item but email invoice for shipping still shows cancelled item.
Great price, fast delivery when everyone is slow on delivery due to COVID-19. Still had glasses within a few days of order.
