I was on their website, and called their toll free number with a question. The toll free site did not offer contact with a real person, but instead dumped me into a seemingly endless loop of free offers for travel, hotel, retail, etc. Then I read more deeply on the website, and realized there were some subtle but telling grammar errors. I also read a bunch of what seemed to be canned customer reviews. That's when I abandoned my pending transaction and got out of there.

I recently bought a battery for my new/old T60 as I wanted a 9-cell. Battery I received was defective, but I give the site 4 stars due to their customer service. I wrote an email detailing out my problem, received a response within about 4 hours asking me to try a few troubleshooting steps (which is to be expected), I sent back a response stating I had unsuccessful results, and received another response within just a few hours apologizing for the inconvenience and asking whether I would prefer an exchange or refund. The timely responses makes a positive experience even if I did end up getting a defective product. We are now in the process of performing an exchange and/or refund and I don't foresee any problems. I would recommend this site based on customer experience. As for quality of product, well not so good starting out, but I'll know more after a few months provided we go through with the exchange. I've left this to their discretion based on their past experience with these types of problems. I'll try to remember to report back with the final resolution
