I paid $50 for a long sleeve shirt with the logo of my small business, the order never shipped & was delayed almost for 2 months, recently they sent an email saying that the order wasn't available anymore without no explanation. And supposedly they will give me a refund of loyalty program in my account to purchase another product. I didn't need any other product and I requested my money back. It has been a month now and they deleted my order from my account so in their system I don't have any invoice. The refuse to give me my money back I can't believe that I trusted this company.
I didn't check things properly. Thought it was weird that customer contact details were missing and if you wanted to delete account they don't provide proper information. I actually bought because of how cheap the business cards are. I have rung my bank who believes it is a fraudulent business and I have had to cancel my card details with the bank, wait 5-7 business days for a new card and dispute the transaction which could take over 6 weeks to get my money back. If you go to contact us or customer service you are directed same page - client support with no details of where to contact them and if you wish to delete your account they say email your email address at (private email) - they don't show you details. On their page at the top you can find my account but nowhere in the drop down menu can you delete account. If it is too good to be true it usually is. I should have come here first. Very naive because they look official, but as I said when I explained to my bank they have no contact information that is when my bank said scam.
Tip for consumers:
Companies who are legit are transparent and usually show a contact email address and/or phone number for support. Further, Bizay has a policy where once paid no refund unless the product is faulty despite a section you can fill in to say cancel order. My bank told me that any company that lacks this type of transparency is untrustworthy. Let's see what happens with my dispute.
La primera vez que utilicé el servicio de esta empresa la calidad del producto fue mala pero como era barato decidí utilizar nuevamente sus servicios, y resultó una peor experiencia ya que nunca recibí el producto. Y la experiencia con el costumbres service peor todavía. Debí recibir mi pedido el día 14 septiembre y todavía no ni el producto ni mi dinero de vuelta.
The non-profit I work for has a vintage cocktail event coming up next week. As a non-profit we are always trying to be responsible with the funds that we're entrusted with, so we generally by on price. I needed to have 75 11X17 posters and 75 4X6 magnets printed. I sourced them through Bizay because their prices were very good. When I print online, I almost exclusively use printrunner.com, but Bizay was 25% cheaper for these jobs. I submitted my print ready files and paid for my two different orders. The advertised delivery dates were the 23rd and the 26th.
I've been checking my order and it's gone nowhere. The order status page actually looks broken, attached below. I received a response this morning that my orders have been delayed and not even produced yet AND once they were produced shipping would take 3 business days. I'm out of time.
If you need your product in a timely manner avoid BIzay at all costs.
Have not used them but was going to! I was suspicious when I saw there are NO CONTACT DETAILS for them on the website! No Phone Number, and no visible email address (except in the terms) and to top it off when you click on "Customer Service" the page is broken...

Do not order with them.! This is a SCAM. Never received my order.!they respond but nothing happens. Just blowing smoke up your $#*!!
I ordered from this site, and they never delivered my order. When I contacted them, they said due to an "anomaly" my order was lost. Then they refunded my money as a store credit. HOWEVER, now, they have locked my account, saying that there is no service to my zip code, when they have already shipped two orders to my zip codes. Clearly they are lying. So now I cannot even use the refund that they gave me for screwing up my order. So I'm out $104, and I have nothing to show for it.
Bizay essentially stole $104 from me. This is a scam site with horrible customer service. They will gas-light you and lie to you.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are not honest and extremely shady. All proof and evidence attached.
