They had good reviews, so I ordered a Glock 81 field knife in hopes of it being delivered within the 3-5 business days they said it would take. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and the item has still not shipped (this item was listed as "in stock"). I have attempted to contact this seller, but i have yet to hear back from them. This is unacceptable in my book. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Their website says they ship within 5 days, however, they waited longer than that. When I finally received my order IT WAS THE WRONG ITEM!. I emailed a customer service rep to get a refund or exchange for the right item. She promised to make it right, but just gave me the RUN AROUND... DO NOT BUY FROM BIGEDGE.COM... DISHONEST MERCHANT:-(

The item I ordered through Big Edge was part of an Amazon.com order. The item hasn't arrived, Amazon said they haven't received word of shipping yet, even though Big Edge said it was in stock. I e-mailed Big Edge and haven't received a reply and now I can not get on their web site. Will stay away from this outfit in the future.

Received an e-mail from Milissa Perez, BigEdge Customer Service Manager, one business day after placing an order with BigEdge advising, 'Unfortunately due to an inventory in our system this item was loaded on Ebay in error and we are actually sold out on the item with no date as to when it will be available, we had to cancel your order and will be refunding you in full.' Three wks later with no refund in sight, I e-mailed the address in the message to find out what the delay was. When it came back as undeliverable, I called *******227, the number they provided to call with questions, but it went to recorded message stating the BigEdge mailbox was full! I haven't come across a business this suspect, unprofessional, or just outright incompetent in a long time. It truly gets no worse than this.

I ordered a horse bridle from this website after emailing client services to be sure that it was in stock. It's been three weeks and no bridle. I've emailed client services several times and have not received a reply. Now the website is gone.
