All we tried to do was order an adapter for a tap handle through this business on Ebay and we kept getting denied. When we asked if we could order it over the phone we were told and I quote "DON"T BOTHER US AGAIN! GFO!" I wouldn't give this place any business!

Wish I could give 0 stars for terrible customer service. They have a terrible 10day return policy and will not exchange or refund past then. I ordered 2 tap handles for my home kegerator and received them 3 weeks later. I was still doing construction on my bar so I didn't open the box until I needed them. Didn't like the style so I packed them back up and wanted to return them. Tried via email and got no where. Other than Steve typing at me in caps. Then tried calling and got the same. I will suggest that you do not use this company.

I bought the Newcastle Avanti - EdgeStar mini keg Beer tap handle ADAPTER from BeerAvenue. I have the exact EdgeStar cooler, but when the item arrived it didn't fit. I spent hours trying to get it to work and eventually they told me to just return it.

I paid for my own shipping (of course, they didn't offer to cover that) and didn't hear from them for nearly a month. I contacted them and was told that some glue or something was missing and so they would not refund any of the sale. Of course, they strung me out long enough that it was too late to post negative feedback on eBay.

In summary...

- Sent an item that didn't fit as advertised ($20 for essentially a single screw)
- Made me pay to return something that obviously didn't fit
- Never provided the refund, and never even contacted me when they got the return

Horrible company to work with.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... They lied to me and ruined my X-mas - I ordered a neon St. Pauli Girl beer sign as a christmas gift on Dec 3,2008 and never recieved it. My credit card was charged the same day but never got an email confirming my order. On Dec 19 I called to find out the status. The owner told me they don't ship products until they contact the customer first. When they call they won't leave messages in case the item is for a gift. I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL. The owner said he was shipping it Monday (Dec 22) and I should get it by Tuesday maybe Wednesday (Dec 24). I called Dec 23 and IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET and he gave me no guarantee that it will arrive on Wed. I don't understand how a place could do buisness like this. The owner was very UNAPOLOGETIC about my situation and made absolutely no attempt to try and keep me as a customer. Very disappointing!
