The worst paper quality ever. I've ordered from them the last five times trying to see if it's a paper quality issue and I'm either getting the poorest quality paper or their printing out images that are not completely approved like off center. It's so bad I just have wasted hundreds of dollars with them.

It's so bad I just have wasted hundreds of dollars with them.

They have just sent me my labels without the text printed on it. Looks like no one is there for quality control.
This is the third time they have got my labels so wrong.
One time they refused to reprint my labels and did not refund me for their mistake.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Using Avery Templates have been a blessing for me creating business cards, Tickets, etc. Often times I make copies on cardstock paper and then use a cutter for my desired outcome.

Hi,
I usually order labels from avery and I am very happy.
This time, i payed extra money to have it rushed delivered by a certain date, and that request was ignored by two of their workers: Janeth Hernandez and Daniel Solis.
They ignored my emails, and did not give me a refund.

Avery accepted my order to be sent to a po box knowing they only ship via UPS, a point which I missed. Upon finding out they would not deliver my package I called Avery and was told tuff luck. Looks like it's back to Amazon for me!

I just want to download the template for a label so I can print a frigging label. This dumb website requires email, log-in etc. Makes me never want to buy an Avery label again.
And by the way, Word Perfect has them already installed. Just another reason to LOVE Wordperfect and HATE MSWord - the most user-unfriendly software...

The only thing Avery wants to do is sell you their crap. Otherwise you can't use the template. Return.

Really useful website but it takes forever to load, constantly lagging, sometimes it won't load the page at all. Regularly makes Google Chrome unresponsive.

I make candles in 6 oz tins and Avery doesn't have any high gloss labels in that size. Their size measurements are also not accurate. For my warning labels, they sent me the tags instead of the stickers I wanted.

I have been buying printed labels from avery for two years. Every order I've recieved has been messed up. They are using the wrong type of cut and it creates a white border around the colored and black labels. With the first order, there was a notation made that future orders would not be dye cut. But every single order I've recieved has been cut like this and I've had to have them do it over. Now, it's the season where I plan ahead, have labels expidited so I won't get behind. And what happens, they labels are dye cut again. This has literally shut my buisness down because I can't package, and I've refunded Over 1k in orders because I can't package them...im a very small and young buisness, this is going to hurt me tremendously. I have been patient, and have tried to be understanding, but this was the last straw. I have been beyond patient.now I won't have labwls$#*!il mid week!

The customer service reps are outstanding. But this doesn't fix the damage that's being done to my small buisness.

Worst CD label system ever. Can't find one template that works right. No way to email this company for support, Never had this problem with Fellowes labels.

Tip for consumers:
Why is there no email for this company and why is there no actual working template for CD labels? The only reason I can see is they want to frustrate you so you will pay them to print your labels for you. Not going to happen!

Couldn't use my CD labels because I couldn't find a template from Avery that worked. Very frustrating, will never buy avery labels again.

Not thrilled tonite. Went for bday and hour after arrival we got food service. Crab legs@$58 pp were good I will say but burgers, ribs and all that comes with really poor quality. Shouldn't wait an hour for legs either. Only give 2 clusters then u wait... for 1 more and wait. For one more. We wo t gi back or recommend

Who uses UPS anymore? My labels have been sitting in California since 9/3/22. Yes I understand the holiday. I live two states over. And they charge way more to use a faster shipper. I can't make my product until I receive my labels with my logo on it AND they edited part of my logo off which I'll have to use cause I paid for it. Find a cheaper and faster custom label maker on Etsy like I did and thank me later.

Tip for consumers:
The instructions for the lines are confusing. You can’t go outside the SMALLEST circle shown to you at all, they will cut that part off. Also UPS is the worst, slowest shipper.

I'm sorry Avery but you had a winning combination when you had Design Pro 5.5 software and your labels. Both of these worked like a charm.

You discontinued Design Pro 5.5 and came up with Design and Print and more issues came about. Why would you not hire the same programmers that worked on this software back in 1999-2010 and come up with an improved version?

Even your Design and Print offline (standalone version) is being retired so only the Online version is available. I will not use Online only products for creating and printing Labels.

Bring back Design Pro 5.5 redesigned using the original tools from Leadtools, Envel and XLS. This older software is vastly superior to what you offer now. It is shame.

Users will need to keep older hardware to print labels? Crazy.

Please fix your ways Avery!

So I bought Avery postcards out in town and used the design section on Avery.com to create my invitations. When I went to print them, I did a quick test print on regular paper and it was apparent to me that I was going to ALSO have to go buy 4 laser-jet toner cartridges. I saw a little green button that read "Let Us Print It For You" and I thought I'd check it out...all told, for 100 postcards approximately 5" x 4", double-sided on SATIN paper, including shipping, was only $10 more than the matte finish ones I had purchased! When they came in (3 days for processing, shipping and arrival), I was stunned at the quality! I HIGHLY recommend Avery for their printing services. I will definitely be using them again next year!

It is getting more and more difficult to get good, clean separations with the Avery 5392 badge inserts with every order. The perforations, which use to be so good with Avery products, are terrible now. They micro perforations the advertising brags about are worthless - at best, the inserts look raggedy and more often than not, scissors are required to clean them up.

Ordered a large Bean Bag chair for my son before his Wedding, it is showing to be delivered in Illinois, funny thing is I live outside of Kansas City. No phone to call and they do not return email, Do not use these people. Crooked at best

I have an old box of labels (100 sheets) and went to use it. The adhesive was gone. Box says "All Avery Laser Labels are permanent self-adhesive labels." Product guarantee on the box says they "will gladly replace any product that does not provide complete satisfaction." There is no "use by" date on the box. Called Avery customer service and agent said "of course, there's a limited shelf life." He offered me a 10% discount coupon.

I declined.

Ordered $128 worth of items and they were delivered to an address in Hollywood California it took it over a month. My address and everything on the receipt is correct. I live in Texas not California.

You can only email them and the email says that they do not do refunds over $128 down the drain this company is fake and has the worst customer care Was purchased over a month ago and was delivered 38 days later to a wrong address

Printing Avery labels with Design&Print can be a crap shoot these days. Many reviewers are emotional and I can sympathize. Yes the labels can be pricy. That's why I don't like making printing mistakes. I downloaded the Design&Print software to my MAC. It works ok for me but GEE it's tedious to operate. Sometimes I go back to Microsoft WORD as it's simpler, faster and more reliable. In Design&Print it seems like too many options and should be more intuitive. Also, it often prints out of alignment. That does not make anyone happy right? Tech support tells me to play with the alignment settings in the software but that does not give me a refund for the misprints. There's more... I don't like their "Durable labels, *******" as they don't stick well enough to surfaces like plastic. Avery are u listening? More adhesive please! I can complain about the ink fading in the sun but that is an Epson issue. I'll review them next. Thanks for listening. BTW citrus cleaners like "Desolve-It" take labels off beautifully. Good luck printing.
