The knotty alder boxed beam I ordered is beautiful! It's well made, with finished corners and workmanship that actually exceeded my expectations. It weighs about 25 lb., which is lighter than I expected-a good thing for installation! I can't wait to have it installed in our ongoing condo remodel. I researched various custom-size, real-wood beam sources before buying, and Architectural Depot's was by far the best product at the best price.

Only reason for lower rating was lack of communication. When I purchased on 4/6
the website said ships 24-72 hours. My confirmation email said est delivery 4/8. Days later I received email saying est delivery 5/1. I initiated email to be told a few days later that product was backordered with manufacturer, which I understand considering Covid-19 was rearing its ugly head. A few days later received another email stating est delivery 5/15. Then the items were delivered at end of April without a heads up but definitely a pleasant surprise.

Found what I needed quickly, however was surprised at how long it took to receive my requested gable vent, hence my only awarding 4 stars. Ordered on 22 May but didn't receive til 23 June. Product quality is excellent as was the packing of the product as sent from the manufacturer. Lowes had same product line available for ordering, but their prices were a bit higher.

Excellent site and easy to find what I needed at a fair price!.. High quality shutters came on time and well protected. The finish was outstanding too. Even though I didn't need it, I really appreciated the included small container of touch up paint!

Five items came damaged. The company said it was during transit. Who knows. They will not send replacements because there is a 72 hour window of inspection--which they don't tell you about until you go to the support and help page. So I opened my packages a couple days after that and they refuse to stand by their product. They had me send photos, which I did and then said too bad. JUST BEWARE

I have ordered from this company before and they sell an excellent product. Could not be more pleased with my purchase. Looks great and very sturdy.

Very easy to order, like the payment options so I don't have to go dig out a credit card LOL. Nice selection of colors and styles.

I ordered aluminum deck railing from Architectural Depot which was by far the cheapest place I could find the brand I was looking for. It took 4-6 weeks to get, which was fine. It arrived on a large pallet, looked to be packed well, no visible damage. When I was ready to install after a few weeks, I found 1 damaged item that looks like it was compressed by the strap on the pallet. I reached out to the customer service at Architectural Depot asking for a replacement, but since it was past the 72 hours from delivery, they refused. I needed to file a claim with the delivery carrier within that 72 hour window.
I'm not sure who packs their products, but I would assume the carrier just picks it up. ArchitecturalDepot refused to replace the damaged railing that they most likely caused and I received, which was only around 3% of the total order cost. Their expectation was for me to open dozens of boxes and inspect 100s of items for damage within the 72 hours. I attempted to reach them twice through their online chat feature, received no response over 3 weeks. Finally called them and they finally respond to my inquiry to deny my request.
Overall great prices, but very poor customer service.

good so far. I would have liked to see more ceiling tile options but I can search other places for that.

Reorder of the same. Tried 2 windows and they look great so now finishing the house. Love them. Perfect material to last

I ordered some faux beams and shelves from them for a large project. After paying over $5,000, the shelves I received were only finished on one side and thus useless for my application. I had an extensive conversation with the sales rep explaining what I was using these shelves for. When I went back to management and asked for either an exchange for what I ordered OR a refund, I was told "the items are clearly pictured on our website". When you are ordering something online and speaking with a human being about EXACTLY what you need, and they fail to give competent guidance and then basically say "you should have read the fine print", you've found a business that will not be in business for the long term.

It went fine, except I saw no opportunity to enter the coupon code for 10% off that I got earlier today when I started shopping on your website. A little annoying. Someone should fix this but I don't want to waste time on it.

Your website is easy to use but I hope it does not take over two weeks to receive the item. I'm hoping for a pleasant surprise.

Quick, easy. All kinds of ideas rushing through my brain, purchased a ceiling medallion total opposite of what I was looking for.

We ordered 5 pho beams from this company for a total over $4400. One of the beams showed up damaged. We sent them pics and submitted a claim. They would under no circumstances replace the damaged beam. Unbelievable in today's world. They told us to order a new beam which would cost over $1492 with shipping. Do not use this company, you will regret it. They absolutely do not stand behind their products. Definitely do not recommend.

It wasn't clear that the shutters included fasteners. I ended up buying extra I didn't need. This is my fault for not researching better.

Good experience. A couple of times I didn't end up where I thought I would when I hit the back arrow, but nothing serious.
