ALT Fragrances

I would not recommend this company or buy from them again. Glass perfume bottles are not packaged appropriately. All my boxes looked liked crap, which is not something you want to see when you purchase it brand new. When opening the boxes you notice right away that the spray nozzle is not screwed in tight. Three of my bottles needed to be tightened.

Very impressed with the fragrances I have purchased thus far. The Sauvage inspired is really nice. I will be buying more in the future. On top of which I am also very impressed with the customer service. I had a little glitch with a delivery and ALT was on it immediately much to my satisfaction. Things can often go wrong it's how a company responds that makes all the difference.

I ordered the Crystal 23, which is the Baccarat Rouge 540 dupe which smelled amazing and I absolutely loved it. However after a few times wearing it, I developed a terrible rash on my forearms that lasted not days but WEEKS! When I reached out to the company, they took down my review and offered me 15% off a future order. Ummmm...why the he** would I order anything again from them? Thanks but no thanks. RIP OFF.

I have places a second order from Alt Fragrances because they are absolutely incredible. The scents are identical to the "real deal". I am so excited to receive my second order! The customer service is also TOP NOTCH at Alt Fragrances. They respond quickly and are so very kind. I give this company a 10/10!

I received my package today and this stuff is garbage and does not smell anything like they said it was supposed to smell like and now I find out that I can't even get a refund only a store credit. Someone please help me with a way to go nationwide to blow this company out of the water.

So I've been buying from various perfume companies for a long time but haven't bought from the luxury brands because the prices are more often than not outrageous so I never really bothered even though I wanted to try them. When I found Alt fragrances they had a wide variety of dupes from luxury brands, while I was somewhat skeptical at first I was not at all disappointed. I ordered their mystery fragrance and received Gables, a dupe of Green Witch Village, my friend had a bottle of Green Witch herself and when compared it was almost indistinguishable. The team at Alt was very attentive and I received several kind and informative emails from them ranging from how to make the most of my perfume, personally thanking me for my first purchase, and when I had a question they responded quickly and kindly. My only points where I think they could improve is packaging and perfume cap choice, the packaging could be a little more secure within the box itself and I do wish the cap was a bit more secure, while I haven't had an issues I can see where there pop off caps could cause an issue leakage wise. Other than that, I highly recommend this brand, you get dupes that smell almost if not exactly like what their mimicking for reasonable prices, shipping is quick, and the team at Alt go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy what they have too offer!

I would not recommend. I placed the order on december 11th and the website says 1-3 business days. It's now the 22nd and haven't even received a confirmation email nor a tracking number. I spent 100 on 3 bottles and haven't gotten my product or even an email. No number to contact anyone, just an email that they don't respond to. Will never order again

Here are a few key points to note:

1. They only offer store credit, no refunds.
2. There is no contact number provided.
3. Store credit is only available for non-sale items, and no cash/credit card refunds are offered at all.
4. Store credit for another item is a possible option but there's restoring fees, etc. But they have to acknowledge they received return to initiate exchange or store credit.
5. There is a 14-day return deadline too, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Unknowingly, I purchased an additional $3 for shipping protection, but they themselves sent a defective product in poorly packaged condition.
7. Please be cautious of their aggressive advertisement on online social media.
I would also be skeptical of their website reviews. I left a 1-star review on their site, which was promptly taken down. This leads me to believe that all the positive testimonials about their product are fake. I feel scammed as the entire thing turned out to be a paid promotional scam. I got tricked by their marketing tactics.

The items arrived in a defective and damaged condition. Please be careful when opening the box, as the spray caps easily came off due to them not being tightly screwed on. The bottles themselves are of poor quality.

I purchased three bottles of the same perfume (Crystal No. 23), but none of them had the same scent. One smelled like a medicine cabinet, with an oily consistency and a strong chemical smell that only lasted a few minutes, if that. Another had an alcohol smell and evaporated within seconds. The third one, which spilled on my hands and clothes, left me smelling like cleaning products one would use in a mechanic shop. It made me feel nauseous and sick, and it even ruined my dress by bleaching it and causing a hole. I felt like a walking advertisement for cleaning supplies with the awful smell, and it made my nerves feel weak. The harmful chemicals in the perfume caused a rash and hives, resulting in itching. Four other people who tried it experienced the same reactions.

The scent doesn't last, but the itchiness does. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for the harmful chemicals they put inside their product bottles. This company needs to be shut down!

Crystal 23 is a sexy cent, and I always revive complements when I wear it!
I just purchased another fragrance from ALT! I can wait to receive it.

Maybe 50 is an interesting age to discover your "scents". Treating myself now that the kids are grown and work is remote.

Someone kind gifted a parfum returning from a trip to Dubai, 🎁 ignighting a spark of interest and discovery. My income bracket is sufficient to purchase a few parfum/EDP a month, but, Alt offers a great, well, alternative.

The freedom of layering extracts vs commitment of parfum/EDP in this process is fun...plus having the ability to control longevity, blending experiments, and the cost of how many bottles will end up in the fragrance library are all benefits for choosing Alt.
Loving the references library that track original scents, blends, and the ability to bundle purchases.

Already have wasted money on parfums that will need to be rehomed. On the other hand, confidence in my future purchases offers peace of mind.

Do NOT order from this company. They are scamming thousands of people world wide. Mine arrived a few days ago and there is no smell. There is a hint of something but the smell is barely detectable. $60 wasted! And because they are outside the US (I think in India) they do not offer a refund if you are not happy with the product. That is what they told me on an email they sent me, after I complained to them. They said they only offer credit. I'm pretty sure all the good reviews on social media are bots. I've reported this company to the FCT Bureau of Consumer Protection for scamming people. You've been warned. This is a true review of my personal experience, and I want to warn others.

I just received their dupe for a Jo Malone Freesia and pear fragrance. It smells like paint thinner. It's horrible they don't take returns. They only take credits do not buy from this site.

When I was looking around for colognes because my recent one was just not doing it. I was scrollin' through Instagram and saw "ALT. Fragrances". Now I was a bit sketch about it because I usually don't order things from Instagram but I needed a new cologne ASAP! So I ordered the LUST cologne and waited a couple of days. When it got here, I was surprised on how the smell and the representation of the cologne. Once I first put on the cologne it smelled pretty good, better than the one I used to have. This cologne lasted me months and a couple days. When I ran out, I immediately went back on their website and ordered another one to last me more months. In conclusion, if you're looking for a good price cologne that is AFFORDABLE in this economy and also looking for a last longing cologne, then hit the ALT website and get you a bottle! I promise you won't be mad.

All the rave reviews on their site are lies. I got the Creed Aventus dupe and it smelled like the cheapest dollar store cologne you could find. I wore it to work today after receiving it last night and my co-worker literally walked in my office and said "wow that smells terrible". That's what you are getting from ALT. I then found out they only offer store credit and no refunds! Then I left a 1 star review on their site that they promptly took down. Absolute scam and shady company. They got me...don't let them get you too.

Shipping company must have damaged product. Made ALT customer service aware and was immediately compensated for the shipping company's mishap!

I have to be honest, most perfume in general do not stick with me long (including expensive ones). I have several Alt dupes and have been super impressed with the scents and longevity! Petal Explosion is a must! Also Bella Vita! You will not be disappointed 💗💗

I received my bottle of ALT CRYSTAL yesterday and couldn't wait to wear it! It smelled like I just crawled out of a medicine cabinet! Sickening. It's a SCAM.

Ordered the one that was suppose to be similar to Chanel no 5. It was nowhere near that scent. I would rather pay full price for the real thing as opposed to $30 for crap. Total ripoff!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ALT, JUST RECEIVED CRYSTAL 23 WHICH SMELLED ONLY OF ALCOHOL. SO FAR THE RETURN PROCESS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Their chemical content is hazardous to skin. Does NOT smell like they claim. More like after shave meets barber shop. Also charged me again two months later under "auto buy-again" I disputed the charge but guess what? No phone support and e-mail support is only for name sake. Do NOT spend your money here.

The scent I nights smells absolutely amazing and lasts all day! I absolutely love it! It's a scent that I can wear everyday!

Absolutely loved my first order, ordered a huge second order, received bad product both times ( rank or Absolutely no smell). Shipping for exchange is on your dime, refunds only come in the form of exchanges in their (bad) product. Support and managers have gone AWOL- no assistance or number to call. Totally wasted $200

Let me start by saying, i was skeptical at first but by look at the all the 4 & 5 stars reviews everyone can't be lying. Long story short ALT and their amzing team are doing a wonderful job by providing long lasting, amazing smelling just as good as the other guys if not better, clean inspired by high-end colognes for people out there like my self who don't need to break the bank to smell good. If you're a skeptic like I was you definitely wouldn't be disappointed. I already added a 4th bottle to my collection.
