“Lost package. Conflicting info. Zero customer service.”

I never received the package. Ordered from Saks Off 5th. Delivery date was contradictory form the get go. Initially delivery was quoted Oct. 19. Package never arrived, then I checked tracking and it said package was already delivered Oct. 14. My doorbell rings to my cell phone but a driver never rang. Very sketchy. Usually red flag for drivers stealing packages. AirTerra website does not have a customer service phone number, only a form you fill out. No way to speak to a human.

This delivery service is absolutely awful. Ordered my daughter items from American eagle. 2 weeks go by and the package is in a different state just sitting there until I called American eagle. Then 2 days later it says it was delivered and we never got the package. If American eagle is going to continue using this delivery service I will no longer shop online from them. Awful. Where's the package? Did the delivery person steal it? Many people are having the same issue.

I have been tracking an awaited package for weeks now. Seems that, according to their own site, it has bounced back and forth between cities until it finally "landed" less than 10 miles from my house. It has now sat there for 3 days pending handing it over to USPS.

If American Eagle uses this company to deliver merchandise, then I'll never order from them again. Worst delivery service EVER. Always seems to be an "issue" with delivery. Horrible!

Customer support was rude when I contacted about a missing package by this carrier. I never heard of them until they were the carrier chosen for my order. I'm convinced it was stolen by the driver and that they don't want to do any searching on them either due to laziness or them being a fraud.

First off, you're order will be two weeks past the shipping date. Then they will say unable to deliver without even attempting to deliver your package. I live in a single family home, there would be no reason a package could not be delivered here.

I had ordered from American Eagle and the shipping came from Airterra. It was the worst experience I had ever encountered. I waited all day for my package. I even sent an email at 7:30 PM to ask where is my package and what time do you deliver until. I wanted to call them, but there doesn't seem to be a phone number. I went to sleep and when I woke up in the morning, I get a text that my package was delivered at 9:48 PM. and to top it off, my package was left outside all night. This is unnaceptable! Now I see why so many bad reviews. WORST COMPANY! If I can give this AirTerra zero stars I would!

My package remained in the sane location for over a week. I can not reach anyone. I emailed support 4 days ago. Still awaiting a response.

I've had many packages sent by this carrier and my packages are never arrive but are marked as delivered every single time. Every other carrier delivers my packages with no issues at all. But everytime it's AirTerra, my packages never arrive. They steal your packages and customer support NEVER replies to claims. Stay away.

Like others, I had a Saks Off Fifth package that was never delivered. The email update from the store said package is "undeliverable" despite the fact that the address is correct. Never have had delivery issues with any other shipping company. We typically receive multiple packages every week from a variety of carriers.

I ordered from Saks off 5th and the package was never delivered to my front door. It was left on the side of the street. My neighbor almost ran over the box checked the address an noticed it belonged to me.

It says that the driver determined that it wasn't safe to leave the package when he never showed up I have cameras at home and he did not even intend to deliver the package.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else reviewing AirTerra here. First of all, I order a lot online and I had literally never hear of this company before placing my order with Saks Off 5TH. I received the initial notification that my package had been shipped and that it was received by AirTerra 10/20 and that it was Hazelton, PA. Although the delivery date Saks Off 5TH gave was 10/23 the AirTerra notification said 'Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier.' This was the absolute last I heard from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the holiday was affecting delivery so I waited a few days before contacting Saks Off 5TH's customer support where I was told to wait a few days to see if it was delivered, and if not to call back and they would initiate an 'aggressive search' for my package. When I called Saks again today they tell me that my package was never picked up by the carrier. I asked them what that means exactly and the answer was very vague. The representative tells me I can reorder the item if I want but that the package in question won't be delivered. After I inform him that my size shows as sold out, and that at this time I find their delivery partner to be very sus, the Sak Off 5TH representative tells me that the delivery issue has to go through an investigation that can take up to 10 business days before a refund issued and after that my refund reimbursement can take up to 18 business days! In what world is this acceptable? Beware!

Ps...no way to contact AirTerra. I filled out the discrepancy form several day ago and have heard nothing back

I ordered a packaged the 3rd it's now the 15th, it was scanned and has never moved. There is no way to contact these people other then email. I email them and ask what's going on. They said they didn't know the package must be lost or stolen and to contact the seller and file a claim as they do not file claims. Filed a claim with the seller. The seller then tells me to file a claim with both the seller and shipper. Contact the shipper again and they tell me something completely different. Airterra now tells me that they are not responsible that they handed the package off to usps and to take it up with them and to file a claim. Why something different 2 separate times? Contact usps and they have no idea what I am talking about of course and have no package from airterra. Thankfully was able to cancel the package and get my money back from the seller. Air terra still making up excuses, package still is just in neverland and the customer service is rude and barly existent. Why people ever use them is beyond me I have never had so many issues with a shipping company before

This place should be shut down DONT get OR PACKAGES THEY did not get 2 off my saks 5th off packages to me they should not be in business better business bureau should shut them down! YOU CAN ONLY GET A HOLD ON EMAIL GARBAGE COMPANY! TRASHY COMPANY! Not ON PHONE! Because they are a disgusting trashy business!

Order a package fro Saks package was listed as in transit but never moved from the intial location in a week, a week after delvery date still no package. What kind of company is this, are they delivering for saks then stealing the packages this doesnt make any sense never have I had to deal with this non sense. I knew sonmthing was off when I seen the package was being delivered by a no name comapany. This is stright BS they are stealing the packages I'm calling them out, packages just dont disappear unless there are thiefs working at a shipping companies.
