My stay at an Airbnb Plus property exceeded all my expectations and then some. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with stylish decor, thoughtful amenities, and impeccable cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the property, from the cozy linens to the carefully curated artwork. I appreciated the extra touches, such as complimentary snacks and toiletries, that made me feel right at home. Moreover, the host's hospitality was exceptional, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Airbnb Plus offers elevated experiences that combine the comforts of home with the luxury of a boutique hotel, and I can't wait to book my next getaway.
I and my friends have been keen on airbnb for some time. It seems to be an ethical website, that has to play more and more dirty to compete with competitors such as Booking.com, both as a guest and a host. Booking.com is an example of our world, and all that is wrong with it. The whole website is designed to give essential "moneymaking" information to a surfer, and to manipulate this information, in order to get a booking achieved in the shortest possible time. Its main goal is to make money fast. Unfortunately airbnb has suffered a lot from intense competition and has been forced to go down this route, by making its website more instantaneous and efficient.
What I like about airbnb is that the comments are on a two-way basis - both the hosts and the travellers comment. This is how all webpages should be set up. There is more honesty and transparency and accurate reporting on airbnb. For this reason, I'd recommend that the seasoned traveller or tourist use airbnb, simply because the traveller experience is put out there as one of the priorities, rather than simply booking fast, or making money.
Errors do get made. Descriptions and marks get falsified. Customer information is stored and misused. Neither the host, nor the guest has any real recourse on anything that goes on. Customer Service is carried out by a team of people who have a minumum real time experience of booking and hotelling themselves, and all they do is placate the Customer until he gets tired.
