I ordered some lanyards on 7/7 and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for them. I have called customer service 3 times. All you get is a call center and they can't really give you any information. I also put in a support center ticket, but it takes them between 24 and 48 hours to get back with you. I was given a tracking number for the shipment on 7/18 with a delivery date of 7/21. It's not 7/27 and they still can't find the order that was never shipped - they just created the label. Very poor and unresponsive customer service. I will not order from this company again.

I contacted these guys on May 19,2023 to order drawstring bags for a family trip. I created a dispute with Amex because their billing comes as a different name that I didn't recognize. They contacted me to cancel the dispute, which I did and sent them confirmation. Since then I have have received multiple emails saying they have opened tickets to find out printing info which was selected at purchase and to say they never received the cancelation. The full payment has been paid to the since late May by AMEX. Still nothing has arrived so I called and again was told they don't have the dispute cancellation which is bull$#*! because they were paid. Now they won't refund my money or cancel the order without more documentation. DON'T order from these guys. They will give you the run around and attempt to keep your money. UPDATE: Filed another dispute with American Express. Why would it take anymore documentation to get your own money back when the order is canceled? Should be easy if they were customer oriented.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site and if you do they will bill you from another site (Stripe) not 24hourwristbands. They say they can't refund your money only STRIPE can even if you cancel the order.

We contacted STRIPE saying that you withdrawn the chargeback & they asked us to provide a letter of withdrawal from the cardholder (that they've received from their bank). We contacted you back for a screenshot or a documents showing the card issuer withdrawn the chargeback. However, we have not heard back from you.

I can't even rate them, but I guess I will give it 1 star since it won't let me move forward, if I don't. They're the worst on delivery didn't receive my product on time which I needed for an event. I will receive after the fact. When I called they weren't very helpful regarding remedy it's like they have a robot behind the phone reading from a script. Will never order from this place again.

For a Texas-based American company - you should be ashamed of your deceptive web site and dis-courteous customer service representatives! Your options for 3 day production and prompt shipping are worthless, especially when a product is needed in a certain time-frame!

As for the quality of their products - Can't tell you 'cause the order has NEVER arrived!

Take your business elsewhere people! This business has an "F" rating with the local BBB for a reason!

Just wish I had read reviews that were NOT part of their website!

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Go somewhere else! After ordering $900 of teal and white custom pens I received teal and beige pens that were terrible looking. Then I went back and forth emailing the customer support team multiple pictures to verify that they weren't correct. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth I was notified they would not reprint the pens and that they would give me 10% off a new order. Worst waste of time and almost $1000 for white, beige and teal pens that you can't give away.

Worst customer service and product management I've seen. Not only am I ordering a bulk order but what I approved is not what I received. They are making false claims of computer color matching when they in fact know that the items are no where near the color indicated online or the digital proof I paid extra for.

I ordered 24 custom mason jars, all 24 mason jars are damaged and unusable. The glass was protected by one piece of bubble wrap. I contacted their customer service team immediately and submitted all of the pictures needed for a full refund, I also offered to ship all of the items back. They are playing games with me and closing my support tickets without any responses. I have called numerous times and they keep saying "just be patient" "our claims department is reviewing your claim". Well, it's been over a week since I opened my first ticket. I have sent over 30 pictures of all of the defects/broken glass per their request. I have spent $323.43 on a product I cannot use due to broken glass and defects all over the mason jars that did not arrive in 1000's of pieces. Please please please do not use this company. Their product quality is embarrassingly poor and their customer service is horrendous.

I needed and extra branded table cloth in a hurry. So, I tried them...
After weeks, several phone calls, and MANY proofs the item was delivered. During the many proofs and calls I requested a white table cloth with a simple design which I provided. After weeks of frustration, I also ordered one from another vendor realizing this company was terrible, and getting it just as ordered very quickly. They delivered a urine yellow table cloth in a smashed up box from China. I tried to resolve the issue ($120) not worth my time but principal. I was told the colors are not guarantied to me exact. So, here we are with weeks of wasted time, frustration, out the money, a yellow table cloth in the garbage, a lesson learned, and some bad reviews. Great job, maybe stick to wrist bands?

I was very frustrated that when I placed the order, there was an additional review needed because my CC billing address and shipping address didn't match. I work for a national company and make online purchases like this multiple times a day and have never experienced this before. I ordered tens of thousand from this group and many ordered were missings colors. They would never honor it. But really get me is that I made an order in Aug for 16,000 bands and the same order in Sept and they raised the prices by 33%. Avoid this company.

The company does things very strange! We ordered Coolies on a Wednesday or Thursday but didn't get our product visual email until Saturday with a phone call which was when we were informed current production would stop and changes would have to be charged for. Very backward thinking in my opinion. Product visual should have been approved before going into production. Beware!

We had previously ordered premium coolies with 24hourwristbands last fall that are the green and orange (w/green logo) shown in the attached pictures. For a cheap give away koozie for our company, we were impressed with the quality. However, when we reordered a new shipment of blue and orange coolies, the blue slim coolie matched the previous version and quality; however, our new orange coolie is a completely different product with different a different type of screen printing.

The interior is black vs. the white of all the others. The orange is not what I would describe as neon. The screen printing is rough and shows grain due to the type of koozie. And the color is clearly not emerald green as was in our order.

We opened a ticket with 24hourwristbands to work towards an acceptable solution and the following was their response. "Hello Thank You for reaching out to us. Please note that we source our product from a lot of different vendors & at the end of the day not all of them are 100% match to each other. Slight variations on them are unfortunately unavoidable & cannot be considered defective. However, Since you are not satisfied with your order, as a sign of courtesy we can refund you 10% refund on your order for line item 3 still stands. Please let us know if you would be okay with that. We are sorry for all the inconvenience. We will await your response. Thank you Regards, Maeve."

A 10% refund on a $160 order that deems them essentially useless as a giveaway for our company is not an acceptable solution. We are extremely disappointed with the variance of their product and not being able to guarantee very similar products from one order to the next. Will not be ordering from them again.

Had an issue with my art resolution which delayed my order. Fixed it quickly and was told by 3 different service reps that it would enter production 3 different times before it entered production. I payed over $50 to have it made quickly and shipped out fast. I recieved my order way later than i was supposed to as i am in the middle of a campaign. I am a distributor of promotional products. My client needed 700 wristbands by a certain date. I ordered them within the stated time frame on the website then was told there was NO guarantee! Once I paid almost another hundred dollars, they were sent out the next day!! I had already told my client the price, so had to pay the difference out of MY pocket!!! Just NOT right! They should not give an in hands date and then NOT stand behind it unless you pay more!!!

As stated in the agreed terms, Standard times are ESTIMATED, and the estimates depend on a variety of factors. Due to the epidemic in China, the overall ESTIMATED time-frames were unexpectedly longer. This however is also covered by our policies since our policies do state that the estimated time-frames are not guaranteed and if production exceeds 7 days it cannot still be considered late for Standard orders. Generally, standard orders do tend to finish within these time-frame but in case they do not, as in this situation, they are still considered within the standard timelines as per the agreed terms. Only rush time-frames are guaranteed. Since you had a deadline, we recommended that you have the option to upgrade to rush. Once the rush upgrade was made, the order was consequently expedited to meet and guarantee a deadline. We hope we were able to clarify. Thank you.

Then I placed in the $5 discount code for EMAIL5--which negated my 15% discount and I had to reenter order. Then the site wouldn't take the password I input and had to do that several times. Then I was required to "enroll" in mobile notifications which I had no desire to do. Sucked! Less than 1 star.

They lie and have no sense of customer service. They do not follow-up on anything and when you insist, they just keep lying about everything...
