Yes. This happened to us. My fiance became pregnant and we set an appointment with an obgyn. I took off from work, she made arrangements to be there, and then when we got there, the doctor had no idea that we were thRe to see them. They automatically asked us if we used zocdoc, so it seemed this was a common problem. We were not able to see the doctor and we had was to our time and energy.
