I downloaded an app from Google Playstore for a ringtone today (12/13/16). The app is from Zedge. I wanted to make this my default ringtone, but when I tried to do that, I received a note from Zedge that I hadn't downloaded any apps and that I should browse Zedge for some. The app is listed with all of my other apps, and I have played the ringtone from that app. The company from whom I purchased the phone (Great Call-Jitterbug) tried to help me, but couldn't get it listed as my default ringtone. They think the problem is with Zedge. Can anyone help?
