I am not tech savvy and never heard of wood until today. I am wondering if this is a free texting app that I can download without data on my phone? Also does the other person have to have this app to text me back?

I ordered a item and woot later said it was sold way too cheep so they canceled the order -- not an out of stock. Is that even legal?
