File a complaint with the FBI, the Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney General Office. I have filed all the above. I'm sure with more complaints against this guy the more likely for prosecution. He has stopped returning my emails, he never returned a phone call. I'm sure that we are not the only people this guy has scammed.

I spent over $500 dollars with Women of Luxury.com for two pairs of LouBoutin's in July 2009. I received the shoes and one pair was fine, but the pair I ordered in "nude" color came in "pink". I called the 800 number and was assured that I should send them back and they would send me a new pair... in the color nude. I paid 17 dollars for shipping, which I was also told I would be reimbursed for, to send the pink shoes to Texas for exchange. I never received another pair of shoes. I have left ultiple messages and sent multiple e-mails to Evan Patterson (the Evan P who viciously defends his company and blames the short comings on others in the blog below) and even spoke with him on the phone once. He told me he would do the right thing, be a good guy and refund my money... he seemed sincere and I was serious in my conversation that it just wasn't right to keep my money, so he took my address and PROMISED me that he would send me a cashiers check. That was 4 months ago. I have never received reimbursement or shoes. You tell me if this a professional way to handle business... speak empty promises, fail to come through and then avoid the customer so you don't have to face your responsibility. He won't reply to my emails and has never attempted to contact me to reconcile this situation as he states he is doing in his blog.
It is now 9 months later, they have had my money since July 2009 and I have no shoes! What would you call this? But, I think he is right, don't believe everythign you read...
He sure seems like a scammer, fraudulent business man and like a conartist to me, what do you other feel about your experience with Womenofluxury.com?????

It appears that everyone else who reviewed this site also had the same experience as you. I would definitely call your credit card company and let them know what happened, maybe they can help get your money back. You should write a review and add your story to the rest of the ones that appear here on sitejabber... it looks like Evan reviewed his own site which is why it is ranked as 2 stars instead of 1...

I'm a little depressed, I ran across this site, sassycute.com doing a search on bing.com, then attempted to find customer reviews or better business bureau reports and nothing came up. So I ordered, was really excited, until my money was processed and no email. Several phone calls to the company and finally got an email today from Evan saying that my order was still being processed, and that they were expecting a shipment the middle of this week. I have a sinking feeling that I have been had. Which is so sad, I'm usually a very cautious shopper esp on the web. I feel so stupid, if I don't get my product which I doubtI will, I will be making a police report as well as anyother reports/complaints that I can. I noticed one of the post suggested doing so. I wonder if Dateline would be interested in knowing about these practices for one of their shows. :) another word of advice, stick with more established search engines for things like this, I wouldn't have found this site had it not been for doing a yahoo search.

Still waiting Evan P... Here is a question for you. Why don't you allow customers to write a review of their experience with your on-line companies womenofluxury.com and sassycute.com? I find that very interesting. Also, it says:

I have been waiting 10 onths for an exchange or refund... I call this false advertising or breech of policy.
