1. Before shipment, we will send you final dress pictures for you to check the final design. Any reasonable alterations are welcome before shipment.
2. When you receive your dress(es), please try them on and check the sizes. If there is any fit problem due to our mistake, you can require a full return. If you do not like the dress, you can require a full return also.

Yes they say they will send a refund and you can return and then when you send pictures and ask they say no it is as ordered. This was the response after they asked for me not yo dispute my credit card charge and please send pictures. Thank you for your pictures. But there is nothing wrong with your dress. That's the light sky blue color as you chose.

The pictures showed the dress not fitting and not as depicted in their pictures on line.

LIES. The website states that you canNOT get a refund if you simply do not like the dress. This answer is in complete contradiction with the policy posted on the site.

I received a dress I ordered for my daughters wedding and it was a different style than what I ordered. I am trying to return it for a refund and I am getting nowhere. The dress does not look like the one I ordered. I have even sent pictures.

I attempted to leave a negative review and it was never posted on your website. Are all the reviews made up?
