on 8/28/15File a complaint with Illinois Attorney General's office, call manufacturer and call your credit card company.
I CONTACTED MY CARD COMPANY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT
Call your credit card company and get them to reverse the charges! They will get it done for you! Good luck!
Contact your credit card company and the Illinois Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. That's what I did and eventually I got my refund back. Can't believe how miserable these folks were to deal with.
I called the credit card company & the Wise Sales. Finally asked to speak with someone in the credit department at Wise. Took two tries but finally got though & was given a credit after two months! Warn people about this company! Hope that helps...
