I wish I read the company's reviews before I purchased. I just spent $275 for human hair and now worry about the product after reading the reviews. Can someone other than their staff tell me something positive about the service and happy with the ordered?

Sadly, this is a compete scam company - they send out cheap wigs, not fit for purpose, from China, then at best, under pressure, offer a refund value a fraction of what you spent. If you pay through PayPal you have a chance, just a chance, of getting a full refund, which I was luck to do (why PayPal continued with these fraudsters, no-one knows). They run the same scam in the UK and Australia as well as the U.S. Each site states (under the Help tab) that they are based in whatever country you are in, but no such thing, and then the family just keep putting up 5-star reviews on any site they can find.

I made the same mistake. When I received my wig it was very badly shaped, not the style in the photo. It smelled so strong of chemicals that I had to wash it a few times before I would even put it on my head. The chemicals are apparently used to kill bugs. The hair quickly turned into a very strange texture. I have since read that it is common to mix horse hair or goat hair with human hair to make wigs. Also chemicals are used to manipulate the hair cuticles ( seal them closed or get rid of them) and when washed off the hair changes texture and not in a good way. Lesson learned. You do get what you pay for with human hair wigs. I now own an untreated European human hair wig that I bought locally and I love it. I have to wear it daily so getting a wig that looked and felt natural was important to me. And in the long run a better purchase because it will last for approx 5 yrs.

My mother has cancer. She has lost her hair to chemotherapy. She received her wig and it looked nothing like the photos which have been ripped from real wig company websites. They will not refund even for cancer patients who need the hundreds of dollars that they have wasted on trying to boost their self esteem while going through a life altering disease and it's treatment process. I have heard and read numerous stories of this company stealing money from seriously ill people by refusing refunds. The Golden Bear Industrial Centre that they run out of is in Hong Kong, a run down, dilapidated building. I highly doubt that they have "headquaters" in Europe or the US as stated on their website. These people are the worst kind of scam artists.
