Currently there are restocking fees to return. Exchanges are free. We deliver factory fresh products so we also return your returned items to the manufacturer or we donate them... Or they go to our outlet.
We are the top authorized retailer for all the top brands and manufacturers in the industry.
Not only are we aware that people work hard for their money but we are also mindful of their time which is more important. Know this; if you receive an item which we erroneously ship... We will make it right at no expense to you.

Yeah that is of course what you would say but ladies at Wigs.com do have an attitude. Also. People shouldn't have to, pay return postage. If you want return customers... think about it.
I had a bad experience with this. The restocking fees are hefty even when the error is on the part of wigs.com or their shipping agent. I would recommend going elsewhere.
