We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Hi! I placed a complaint with the BBB for web.com's thieving practices. I ended up getting a total of $369 back within a week. BBB will ask what you think is a resolution. And i said $375 & closed account, really closed. This time I asked BBB to open an investigation and penalty paid to consumers for each time they force an account holder to call them. The more we keep BBB informed the better!

Jose,

Yes, with respect to service cancellation, customers may do by calling Web.com Customer Service, where the request can be recorded. The service would then terminate as of the end of the applicable billing period, subject to the particular terms and conditions of the specific product, service and/or promotion. While we regret the inconvenience for those who might prefer online cancellation, we do find phone-in to be a more secure and reliable way to process such requests.

Sincerely,
Executive Support

One needs to call the sales/customer service number listed on their website in order to cancel your account. There is no other way to do so, whether by e-mail or snail-mail. You will call 1 800-338-1771 to cancel your account.

Because they really are a big hoax... all the commercials you see on TV... is false advertising. After you pay, they will keep your money without producing the product you paid for. They need to be reported to the better business bureau asap!

Jose -- Simple answer -- they're not customer friendly. They want your money, but don't want to help you.

Hi Jose,
He only problem I had with Web.com was the service. It was terrible to me and I got tired trying over and over again to have some giddiness. I hope you have better luck! Sincerely, Graciela
