Yes and if you returned or got your refund, they will put you in black list meaning they don't like you. They will check every order you place and if they think you will return it, they will put it on hold and make you wait until one of the goddess(agents) get to check the package and give you an excuse that we checked your order and everything was fine and you are lying for returning it. They are so immature that they forget that damages happen during and in transit. They will keep track that system. Spying on customers for returns and refunds. Most of their products are piece of garbage and always something wrong with it.
