I ordered a watch on 27th Nov. I paid extra for quicker delivery with tracking. The link you provided for tracking didn't work so I had to google to find out who you used to deliver. I live in the UK and according to the tracker, my delivery is in AUSTRALIA! Haven't had a response from emails, Facebook yet so am hoping someone on here can help?
