I have purchased off of Wanelo a few times in the past and never had a problem, now with the on site purchases I have run into a huge issue. I wanted to order a selection of items, but because of the inability to add items to a cart on site my card was alerted as suspicious and put on lock down. After looking through the FAQ and 'help' section of the site, which in some cases was completely blank or a bad link, I emailed costumer service (which was a pain to even find the email address) and got my card unlocked from my bank. But I still can't fulfill my orders because Wanelo is still declining my card. I cannot find a phone number in service or even linked to the company and still have not received an email back. For a site whose full purpose is to link shoppers and sellers, this is a huge design and business flaw. I will sadly never look at the site the same and most likely never buy from the awesome brands sold solely on Wanelo. This shopping experience was a huge disappointment compared to the Wanelo I used about a year back. Please inform me on how to properly get in touch with Wanelo's customer service, because this seems like the only place people are getting answers.

I tried many different numbers only to find full mail boxes, disconnected numbers and an automated voice mail that had no options. The same goes for contacting them though email. Although, this site helped me contact them, which it is awful to think that you have to write a bad review in order to get help. I will never do business with them again.

Try using the app to contact them. I had a terrible time using email but they replied right away when I used the app. Also, they must have a tracking system or online rep manager because they usually reply to complaints on they site. Once I got them they made everything right.
